Trou aux Biches is a charming and authentic fishing village.
Swimming is available less than a hundred meters from the property, at a beach area maintained by Le Veranda Pointe aux Biches Resort Hotel.

Supermarkets located just 100 meters away will cover all your daily needs. The island’s only aquarium is approximately 500 meters from the property. If you would like to experience a Sega evening (traditional Mauritian dance), it is only a 2-minute walk away.
The residence is well maintained and secured with private patrols. We offer only three apartments within the complex (ground floor and first floor and penthouse), both equipped with outdoor furniture such as chairs, sun loungers, and tables to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Just a few steps from the apartments, you also have the option to order homemade Mauritian dishes from our neighbor for dinner (small additional fee)—a true local culinary experience.
Conveniently located to avoid heavy northern traffic, the property allows quick and easy access to the capital, Port Louis, and all other regions of the island. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop right next to the property serving the island’s main attractions.
We can also organize your round-trip airport transfers, land and sea excursions, and even air activities such as paragliding.
For stays longer than 7 nights, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning service including bed linen, household linen, and towel changes (payable on-site, price upon request). Beach towels are not provided. Air conditioning is available at an additional cost of MUR 250 per day per unit (€5/day/unit).
A security deposit of €50 or €100 will be required upon arrival and will be refunded after a check-out inspection on the day of departure.

As part of our standard check-in procedure, guest identification is verified, and a photo of the passport identity page is taken for registration and security purposes, in accordance with local regulations. A refundable security deposit may also be requested, as stated in the listing.
The property is maintained and cleaned according to high professional standards. We work with a licensed pest control company that carries out regular treatments to ensure a clean, healthy, and comfortable environment.
For the safety of guests and the property, CCTV cameras are installed only in outdoor areas and common access points (entrance, parking, building access). NO CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED INSIDE THE APARTMENT. These measures help ensure compliance with Airbnb house rules and protect both guests and hosts.
