About this property

Come share our piece of paradise! Tidal Watch features ocean views from the top floors, a spacious backyard, and an ocean lullaby at night. The large wrap-around deck provides plenty of outdoor seating and a huge Live Oak tree shades the spacious back yard to make it enjoyable in the evenings. The house was renovated and updated in 2020 with new appliances, new furniture, updated kitchens, and bathrooms in both the main house and apartment as well as a beautiful master suite on the top floor. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, and a ground floor apartment is accessible through the garage stairs or an exterior door with 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and full kitchen.

Fantastic home at the beach

A lovely home with lots of room to enjoy your family and/or friends. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking needs. We did not utilize the outdoor decks as we visited in cold /rainy weather. However, the furniture looked nice and inviting. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to any inquiries. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect Vacation

This was the perfect beach house for our family! Everything was amazing, and the hosts were super responsive. Super short walk to the beach that my young children were able to walk without being carried. Part of our family hopped on the nearby ferry for a day trip to Southport. Highly recommend!

Close to the beach, nice for family vacation

Overall it was a nice stay! Beach is an easy short walk, access is simple and no boardwalks involved (great to bringing a wagon and with small kids), house has plenty of space, and beds are comfortable. Bonus was the 3 fridges which helped us not go to the store as much. My family and I enjoyed the house!

Dan and I love to travel, but we really love coming home to the Port City area too. There is so much to see and do here, not to mention it is absolutely beautiful. We love to go to new restaurants or try the latest local craft brewery on the weekends or hang out with friends on the beaches, river, or boat. If you need something to do on a rainy day, let us know!

Why they chose this property

Tidal Watch has plenty of room for everyone - a large garage, porch, bedrooms, back yard, and deck allow for several activities at once. You can watch the sunrise from one side of the house and the sunset on the other in the evenings. Located far enough back to block some of the traffic noise, but close enough to see the ocean from the house, it is the perfect beach getaway for your family.

What makes this property unique

The house has 2 full kitchens, for plenty of cooking space. The fenced-in backyard and covered patio area are great for yard games in the evening. There are 4 smart TVs in case you need your own space and lots of storage! There are also 2 sets of washers and dryers. It has everything!
