Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in, the outside front and back was not clean.

I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum. The spa light was out. I saw mice out on the deck. It was not worth the amount I paid for it at all. I have stayed in homes in this community and paid less and had more.

This property worked exceptionally well for a group of professionals. Seven of the eight bedrooms had large beds, ideal for a group of adults on vacation. The pool and patio were very comfortable, including a covered area for the one rain event we received. Garage storage was perfect for golf clubs and travel bags. An item to improve the facility would be the addition of a bureau in each bedroom for clothing. It could also use clothes hangers.

Nothing special

Driving up to the property was a disappointment as the landscaping is not maintained, with dead grass and overgrown bushes mixed with weeds. The patio was also overgrown with weeds between the pavers. The furniture was uncomfortable for socializing with our large group. It was a challenge to get the five different TV remotes to work due to dead batteries. Even then, the cable TV didn't work. The Wifi network did not come up easily, and the person I spoke with at the guest services phone number was of little help. One of the windows was unlocked in the ground floor master bedroom. The towels were damp when we arrived. Half rolls of toilet paper we're provided in almost every bathroom. It got the job done for somewhere to crash for a Food and Wine girls weekend, but I would not book here again.
