Real nice, clean and close to the Metro stop. Several floors up with tight windy stairs and a two person elevator. The elevator unfortunately was not working when we arrived. Lugging luggage up multiple floors was no fun, hopefully your luck will be better.

We are sorry that the elevator was not working when you arrived, and we completely understand that this may have been inconvenient, especially with luggage. However, this was an exceptional incident. In several years of renting the apartment, this is the first time we have experienced an issue with the elevator. It was also repaired very quickly after we were notified. We would also like to clarify a few points regarding the apartment. The elevator is indeed designed for 4 people, contrary to what is stated in your review. As for the staircase, it is a typical Parisian staircase, well maintained, with a window providing natural light on each floor. There is also only one apartment per floor, ensuring peace and privacy. We therefore regret that this temporary issue resulted in such a negative impression of your stay. We always do our best to ensure that our guests have a pleasant experience, and we hope these details help put the situation into perspective. Nevertheless, thank you for your feedback, as it also helps us remain attentive to the proper functioning of the apartment and its facilities.

The apartment is very centrally located. We loved the amount of space for a family of four adults; the three bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. All the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was nice to have after long days of touring. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Laurent was very responsive to my inquiries and allowed us to store luggage ahead of check in time which was very much appreciated. The elevator was not functioning at the time we arrived but was fixed by the next day. Overall, a great deal.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was located near two Metro stops that serviced multiple lines which made getting around very easy. The space itself was very comfortable and easy to operate in for my entire family. Note, we were there when it was unusually hot and the air conditioning of the rooms was awesome and a relief when we arrived home every day. Our interactions with the host was amazing and they were very responsive leading up to the trip as well as in planning for the departure. Everything was easy. We would recommend this apartment to anyone heading to Paris.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay at 74 Blvd Sebastopol. Everything was perfect for a home base to explore Paris for four days. Paula was very helpful and set us up with everything we needed. Highly recommend this gem to anyone wanting to stay in the best spot in Paris.

Fantastic apartment in great location!

We were thrilled with the apartment. Three bedrooms, 2 bath and plenty of living space. Great location a short walk to different metro lines. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.Laurent was a pleasure to deal with and Paula was lovely meeting us upon arrival and providing a walk through with plenty of info on the apartment. Terrific stay

Great location near several metro lines. Very stylish and comfortable space for our group of 6. Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding. Even a nice Bluetooth speaker. Check in easy and helpful. Bathroom configuration a little odd, but worked out fine. Elevator tiny but worked great in shifts. Overall a great spot to relax and unwind after each of our 5 days exploring Paris.

Great location for shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable, enough space in the living room. Well stocked kitchen. The apartment manager was very helpful and responsive to a concern we had about the washing machine. Be aware one bath had just a toilet, another had a shower and sink but no toilet. The third bath had all three. Slightly inconvenient but not a deal breaker A pleasant stay in a nice apartment in a lively location.

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the property excellent for our needs. The communication with the owner before arrival was clear and timely. Paula is a gem. Wonderful stay
