Lovely two bedroom, one bath in residential area of McFarland on inlet that connects to Yahara River and Lake Kegonsa. The home is situated next to a charming campground and marina in nature. Enjoy fishing off the pier in summer! There is also a fire pit available to use. Lake Kegonsa State Park Trail is nearby for walking or snowshoeing. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown Madison! NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave if there is any party activity seen.

My two bedroom home has one king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is also sleeping space on the pull out couch in the living room. There is Roku TV (no cable) in the living room and one bedroom. I also have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. There is not central air in the home, only window AC units and ceiling fans. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. Only two vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway.

Guests have access to entire house, except for garage. You may fish on the piers in the summer months. Do not walk on campground or campsites as it is private property and I don't own it. The owners will ask you to leave if you're on their property. Ice fishing is not allowed on the inlet. Guests are not allowed to walk on piers in winter months. If you would like to ice skate on the inlet please let us know prior so we can get you a waiver to do so. Do not walk on ice without filling out waiver first. Please do not throw rocks on ice or water as I make a skating rink in winter and in summer it may cause damage to boats or props.

Please bring your own wood and burning equipment if you plan on using the fire pit. Please have someone watching the fire at all times and completely put it out before leaving it. Please do not move fire pit.

Additional guests not on reservation must be approved by management.

If you would like to bring a boat or other water equipment (kayak, canoe, etc.), it must be approved prior. Boats must be 2000 or newer. Boat must be insured and registered under your name. A boat slip agreement and storage agreement for trailer will need to be filled out. Your boat trailer will count as one of the two vehicles allowed to be here. There will be an additional fee to have your boat in a slip. Dry docking is not allowed.

This house is very strict on loud parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This doesn't mean you can't be out by the fire the backyard talking, but other people live on the property and there are neighbors so please keep voices low and music at a respectful volume.

All forms of smoking are not tolerated. Fireworks are not allowed.

Trailers are not allowed on property without specific permission.

Do not hang anything on walls or windows. This includes decorations, wall hangings, etc.

Copy of government issued ID for each guest may be required to book.
