The Space:
This lovely home is located in a quiet, rural residential area of McFarland.

This comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath home is designed for relaxing.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the main bedroom, a bunk bed with a trundle in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room.

Enjoy peaceful views of a scenic water channel from the back of the home.

The home features one full bathroom with a bathtub.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for meals at home, plus complimentary coffee and tea.

Unwind with Roku TVs (streaming only, no cable) in both the living room and main bedroom.

For comfort, the home is equipped with window A/C units and ceiling fans (no central air).

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the garage.

During the summer months, you’re welcome to enjoy the nearby piers located directly behind the house.

Please note that the piers and campground area past where the RV trailers begin is private property and not part of the rental. We kindly ask that guests respect these boundaries and avoid entering those areas.

Additional Info:
No parties. You will be asked to leave immediately if any party activity is seen.

Additional guests that are not on the reservation are not allowed on the property. Visitors are not allowed on the property.

Boats and boat trailers are not allowed. We do not have a launch for kayaks, canoes, etc. There is a state of the art kayak launch just around the corner at Fish Camp County Park! Please let us know if you're planning on bringing any water equipment.

All types of trailers are not allowed on the property.

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Other people live on the property and there are neighbors so please keep voices low and music at a respectful volume.

All forms of smoking are not tolerated. Fireworks are not allowed.

Do not hang anything on walls or windows. This includes decorations, wall hangings, etc. Do not move furniture.

Do not leave fire table unattended. Make sure fire is out before leaving unattended. We happily offer the fire table for your enjoyment at no extra charge. Please note, if more than 50% of the propane tank is used during your stay, a $35 refill fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!

The house is designed for couples or a small family with children. 4 adults is the max allowed.

Copy of government issued ID for each guest may be required to book. Guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
