We are opening up our 2 bedroom 2 full bath second home to guests from May 29th to September 10th. We are looking forward to sharing our escape from the stress of everyday life. Every time we visit we enjoy the peace, tranquility, and beauty of our little section of the Gulf Of Mexico and are sure you will also.

When you first enter our home you will see our open floor plan with a very comfortable couch, love seat and recliner. We have seating for 4 at the kitchen table and also seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. In the living area we have a new curved screen TV. Our couch is also a sleeper sofa. Our balcony has great views of the world famous White sandy beaches and the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Tidewater beach resort is located ½ mile west of pier park and will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with Tiki bar and East pool has a coffee and sundries shop - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - and much more!!!
The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water with para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book! But look out for the Sun, don't ruin your vacation with a terrible sunburn on your first day.

Our Kitchen Has everything Stainless steel appliances, blenders, toasters eating utensils, plates & bowls, cups & glasses, and pots & pans. But don't forget Mom is on vacation also! With hundreds of great places to eat no matter what you are looking for we have it hear in Panama City Beach.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with dresser/mirror 2 night stands large flat screen TV Full bath has a Tub Shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next is the guest bathroom which has a walk in shower vanity and lavatory. Both bedrooms have windows with gorgeous views.

Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee of $48.00 plus tax for parking and arm bands per rental. We will send you a link so you can register online prior to your arrival which will sane you a lot of time. As with most condos in Panama City beach the resorts require Families or 25 and above to rent.
Unit is on the 30th floor with an west end elevator conveniently close to condo.

The condo was decorated very cute and comfortable. The condominium has many amenities that were well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They were constantly working at cleaning and trying to maintain clean, dry floors. We did have a few issues, but these were associated with the condominium not the unit. We lost water while taking showers the first day. It was due to an issue on a floor below. We had an unexpected visit from the pest control company. I like to know about these visits in advance. The wait for the elevators was long, but this is typical at large condominiums.

An awesome week!
We had a great time this week. We would have liked to have had better weather, but Mother Nature had other plans. The property was beautiful, and was the perfect location for sunsets! The elevators were a pain sometimes, but we were fully prepared to wait, having read other reviews before we booked. We would definitely recommend this unit, and would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was beautiful . Bed in unit 3000 was horrible . Elevator wait was 15-30 minutes . Pool were so nasty . My granddaughter got bites all over her. Doctor said it was larva from nasty water .

Spectacular view!! Well worth it!!
The only downfall is the long wait for elevators during peak season. Everything else made up for that, though. The view was amazing!! Side view out of living room window was awesome. Then the balcony area is just outside of dining room & it was equally amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer!! So many nice amenities!! We will be back for sure.
