Immodreams - Le Chalet - Avoriaz

This stunning 3 bedroom chalet/apartment with breathtaking views is almost like a chalet with it's own entrance !

This fantastic apartment/chalet is located in "La Falaise area" on the right wing a very quiet residence : Le Neva.
It's location within 200m of the underground carpark makes it really easy to access and leave on arrival and departure day. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the apartment.

Very rare in Avoriaz and fully renovated, almost like a chalet : enjoy your own entrance :

Entrance level :
- Entrance hall with bench and space to store your ski equipment, electrical shoe dryer.
- Adults room with double bed
- Kids room with 2x2 bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath, perfect to relax after a long day on the slopes
- Separated toilet
- Storage space under the stairs

On the first floor :
- Large living space with fully equiped kitchen, dining table and lounge area with sofa and flat screen TV. Access to a beautiful balcony.
- Master suite with shower, double bed, storage space and washing machine.

Apartment can welcome up to 8 guests.

We are available at any time if needed.

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.

Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement bien équipé, confortable et idéalement situé, proche des commerces et du parking. Seul petit bémol au niveau de l'isolation phonique: on entend les voisins.

Fulfilled all of our expectations

We had such a great stay in the chalet. The apartment provided everything that it said it would, including spectacular views. Johann, our host, was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We would certainly return
