Deposit your ski belongings in the cellar adjoining the apartment after a nice day of skiing. Your shoes will be kept warm on a heated support and will be ready for tomorrow.
You can enter the apartment in a cozy atmosphere by accessing the vast living room adorned with noble materials and warm. A nice contemporary kitchen and well equipped will allow you to prepare a classic coffee or nespresso and why not pancakes to end the day!
If you wish, you can lay out on a spacious bench and check your emails with wifi, watch TV or play cards, sitting comfortably in one of the armchairs around the table.
Going down a few steps you enter the sleeping area. If you want now come and enjoy one of the two showers to relax or take a nap in one of the three alcove type rooms.

Great apartment, good location

The apartment was in a great location for ski lifts and had everything we needed, it was well equipped. However, some crockery needs replaced as mugs were broken or chipped. The apartment was very warm, we often had doors and windows open. The management company Avoriaz Location were helpful however failed to provide linen and towels as requested for our arrival (which was out of hours), they rectified this quickly next day but we had to sleep with no bed linen and had no towels for drying next morning. Overall, a good experience but some improvements could be made.

Superb Value for Money

Although I have only given 4 stars the value for money for New Years Eve week was incredible. We were a family of 5 adults and twin 5 year olds, so sleeping arrangements were a little tight but only because no one wanted to sleep on the top bunk. The seperare boot room over the hall was an absolute game change when we found it, provided that extra storage space we desperately needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good but the uphill walk to the ski school for my littles was a little tough on them. However the ski in ski or for the adults was perfect.. would 100% recommend to others. Olivier was also great at communication and check in was super easy but this halterneck by fluke after a very helpful taxi attendant told us where to go.

Very nice apartment and convenient ski in/out

Spacious (for a ski apartment) property with good view. It badly needs a keysafe box for check-in as we were given a complete run around by the owner's agent in order to get the key. There was only linen for half the beds initially and no towels so I texted the agent and these were delivered after 24hrs. No key was available for the ski and boot rooms. The microwave does not work. The Wifi code was not provided so I had to message back and forth with the owner. But once we surmounted all these teething problems we had a good stay.

We are happy that you appreciated the comfort of the apartment, its location and that you had a pleasant stay. We can see that the start-up on your arrival was a bit complicated. We are sorry about that and after discussion with the concierge who did not have all his staff for this beginning of the season it took more time than it should have. You were finally able to find the wifi code that was on the kitchen counter and discovered that it is the same key as the ski cellar door which is just across the corridor. Great location - property would be perfect if cleaner and there was better communication

Bedrooms small but typical of a ski resort accommodation. Slept 7, there were 4 of us and sleeping quarters including bathroom facilities became tight at times so couldn’t imagine seven people unless 3/4 were children. Bedrooms fine for putting your head down and night. Comfortable beds but when we arrived (late at night) there was no linen in the property so had to sleep on soiled mattress protectors and no duvet cover. We received linen and towels the following day once we had communicated with the owner and then the Agent. Agent Mickael very friendly and responded to our messages in time. Only 2 of the bedrooms have windows (velux) but difficult to open with out getting wet through the night with the snow and one of the windows was broken and did not shut tightly. 2 showers (one in a bedroom and another in a bathroom) both very powerful and hot which was great, although the tray filled up quite a bit and leaked over the sides…nothing a clean of the drains wouldn’t fix. Plenty toilet paper and cooking facilities, but we ate out most nights so didn’t use much (note: most restaurants require a reservation, can’t just walk in - so this would be a must). Upstairs lounge and kitchen were fantastic, plenty space and seating for the 4 of us and a lovely balcony too. Communication on access was difficult with the Agent due to us not speaking French but we managed. The owner always replied quickly. If you arrive late the keys will be at the Resort Alda reception where you arrive by car/transfer. Location great, could ski in (with a little poling) and ski out no problem. Would return.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame concierge. Wat onduidelijkheid op voorhand ivm sleutel. Jammer dat er geen handdoeken waren. Appartement wel proper. Maar misschien toch nog eens wat onderhoud ivm werking van bepaalde toestellen. Wel rustige buurt.

Cozy place. Bathroom and toilet rooms are a little small. Bedrooms are nice. All round nice place to stay. Boot room across the corridor is a big bonus. Living area comfortable especially on lazy days. Would stay again.

Fantastic!

The apartment is clean, warm, modern, and very well equipped (fridge (no freezer), electric oven and cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups). It is very well situated with 3 bedrooms (a double + single bunk bed with an ensuite shower, and 2 doubles), and 2 toilets (one with a shower). There is also a small balcony with views looking towards the pistes. I would recommend that the instructions for checking in are made clearer, including the wifi access information and also to advertise that there is a dedicated ski room for the apartment right opposite (across the hall), which is very convenient but is not advertised. The host is very helpful and responded very quickly to my queries. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend this host and apartment. Thank you!

Bel appartement avec grande pièce de vie, rénovée avec gout. Très bonne situation, au calme et très belle vue. Chambres petites mais suffisantes. Box de rangement et machine à laver très appréciés. Points à améliorer: * pour la conciergerie, communiquer le n° de portable car nous avons du attendre au quai de déchargement et c'est le centre d'information qui a du nous aider pour appeler la conciergerie * autres points: literies et oreillers tachés, prévoir protections matelas et oreiller (donne une impression négative lors de l'arrivée)

Great appartment

We had a very short stay due to closure of the resort. The appartment is well positioned and we arrived via the Prodain cable car. From there we were easily able to get a taxi to the appartment - although we could have walked. The appartment is comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Would happily return.

Appartement conforme à la description qui en est faite mais... - Manque de rangements (placards et penderie sont ridiculement étroits et ne permettent pas de ranger dans les chambres); - Qualité de certains équipements franchement limite (par exemple : table basse tellement branlante qu’on n’y a rien posé, lattes des sommiers adaptés aux poids-plûmes ou aux enfants, douche dans la chambre avec les lits superposés tellement étroite que seul un enfant peut s’y baisser); - Propreté assez discutable (miettes dans le canapé, beaucoup de poussière sous les lits, four tellement sale que j’ai du le nettoyer pour l’utiliser), mais ça c’est le fait de la conciergerie j’en suis bien consciente. La résidence des Mélèzes nous plait toujours autant mais nous chercherons mieux une autre fois en terme de location !

Bonjour Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de ce commentaire qui relate que l’appartement est bien conforme à sa description. Effectivement rien n’est immense dans l’appartement au niveau des chambres puisque nous avons fait le choix de privilégier un couchage pour 7 personnes en trois chambres, sans avoir à occuper la pièce à vivre dans 48 m2 De ce fait les placards sont réduits mais nous allons y remédier en utilisant les espaces sous les lits. Pour la douche, sa hauteur est normale et le bac fait 70/70 condition sine qua none pour offrir un deuxième espace de toilette aux occupants. Concernant les couchages nous n’avions pas encore eu de remarques mais il est vrai que l’accès par le pied du lit nécessite un peu de prudence et de ne pas marcher dessus ce qui explique peut être un latte cassée non signalée à votre départ . Pour le ménage, c’est effectivement un problème de conciergerie et nous avons fait remonter l’information. Ils sont à l’écoute et nous espérons que ce type d’événements ne reproduisent plus. Nous sommes désolés que notre appartement qui remporte jusqu’à maintenant un franc succès ne vous ait pas convenu et vous souhaitons de trouver un logement qui vous convienne mieux. Top appartement, super séjour

Super séjour, je recommande l'appartement. Deux petites améliorations pour un 5 étoiles complet : - la puissance du wi-fi : impossible de se connecter à plusieurs et pouvoir "profiter" d'une connexion. - l'induction : la plaque de cuisine fonctionne à l'induction mais la moitié des casserole et poêle ne le sont pas...

Cosy et Très bien rénové !

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances en famille, nous étions 6 dont 2 enfants, et nous avons apprécié les 3 chambres, les 2 douches et les 2 WC. L’appartement a été très bien refait, avec de jolis matériaux et les lits sont très confortables, nous y avons très bien dormi! Bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien! Départ ski au pied et chauffe chaussures très appréciés! Nous recommandons ce logement.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en montagne et pour le ski particulièrement

Appartement très bien conçu. Cuisine équipée avec des appareils de très bonne qualité, vaisselle et mobilier fonctionnels. La séparation nette entre cadre de vie et chambres et sanitaires , la présence de 2 WC contribuent au confort du séjour ainsi d'ailleurs que le local à ski. L'escalier de jonction des deux parties du duplex mériterait toutefois d'être équipé d'une rampe. La disponibilité du personnel lors de l'arrivée a été appréciée. S'agissant de la station elle même, la présence de la neige dans les rues, les calèches sur ski donnent une note hibernale agréable, l' accès aux restaurants et commerces devrait cependant être mieux pensé.
