far end of the floor, Queen and Twin Bunk, sleeps 4 people, TV, large closet

1st BATHROOM:
-Shower, hand soap, towels, floor mats, hair dryer

2nd BATHROOM:
- Full tub and shower, hand soap, towels, floor mats, hair dryer

PRIVATE BALCONY:
- Chase lounge, table with 4 chairs
- Features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and crystal-white beach below.
-Have breakfast at the table while overlooking the crystal emerald green water and white sugar sandy beach.

EXTRAS: Pack -n- Play, side bed rail, booster seat are available for your youngsters, kids' dishes & cups, no need to pack along. Board games for kids and adults. Washer/dryer, free WIFI, beach chairs, beach toys, body boards.

RESERVATIONS: Require a $300 deposit at time of booking . Balance due 45-days before check-in date, except Blue Angels week, deposit is $1000

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $400 deposit is required 2-weeks prior to check-in date and it's NOT included in the rental.

THREE NIGHT MINIMUM DURING NON-PEAK SEASON, SAT-SAT DURING PEAK SEASON.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
**Effective August 11, 2025, Emerald Isle will operate with only one elevator due to a modernization project. Guests may experience increased wait times during this period. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2026.**

This condo ahead of you to die for. You got to see the gulf and you get to see the bay and the islands sitting on the deck you could just be taken in by the waves. The unit itself had everything you could ever ask for fully stocked and ready for relaxation.

Fantastic New Year Stay

Great host! Accommodated a last minute stay and communicated so well. The property is as described and is better than the pictures show. Great corner balcony, 3-5 min from the condo to the beach (mostly elevator ride) and even shorter to the heated pool and hot tub.

My family and friends have stayed at this condo several times now. It's always relaxing. You can be assured that the place is clean, comfortable with plenty of room and has the best views on the beach. The owner ( Kim) communicates well and makes sure you problem free during your stay.

Very nice facility. Really enjoyed the stay. Only inconvenience was that the front door whistled and howled in the wind. Had to block the door with towels to quiet the sounds to sleep.

Pensacola weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and had everything we could want or need. It was very spacious, and the 180 degree views were incredible. We especially appreciated Kim's thoughtfulness throughout the trip. From the moment we booked, she asked insightful questions about our trip to ensure we had a good time, including proactively providing beach towels and a late checkout (allowing our kids one last trip to the hot tub!). Kim and the properly were great and we'd welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Kim was great to work with before our stay and during our stay. She made sure that everything went well for us. We would definitely like to stay again. In fact, I already spoke to Kim about possibly booking again next year. This condo has great space and more privacy since it is on the end. We really enjoyed the extra space that the 3 bedroom condo offers, and my kids really liked having their own rooms. Emerald Isle is so close to everything, and we have stayed there several times. It is our favorite place to stay in the Pensacola area by far. Thank you Kim for a great stay and for taking such good care of our family! We had such a great time!

Great property

Property manager (Kim) was very responsive. Property was exactly what was described. If ever go back to Pensacola Beach this is where I will stay every time. Right in the beach, 2 pools, hot tub, sauna and gym. Great food right across the street. Although Aunt Kate’s for breakfast in Pensacola is worth the drive. Hope to be back.

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. We like to cook some meals to keep our vacation costs down, so having the crock pot was fantastic for coming home to dinner, not a typical kitchen offering, but this one was very well stocked. Location was great, beach is right out the back door, pools were clean and very nice. Couple of good shops and restaurants across the street so you're not having to drive everywhere. Host was very helpful on a couple of items that popped up and she took care of them for us, which we really appreciated! Would recommend for your getaway!

Best Views on the Island!

Four old friends gathered for a long weekend of relaxation and reminiscing. The views from the condo were inspiring and the hot tub a retreat for further conversation. Many restaurants and bars are a short walk. The beach is one of the best in Florida. Kim was an outstanding host, checking in by text before arrival and a few times during to see if we needed anything. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property with matching views

We really enjoyed this spacious condo and the location was amazing. Fortunately, there were no jellyfish, crowds or hurricanes...we had perfect weather and water. Kim was so attentive and accommodating, as my daughter and I have bad allergies to synthetic fragrances. She went well out of her way to ensure the products to clean and launder the place would not trigger anything. The kitchen is very well equipped and although we did not use any of the beach stuff, it was so nice that it was available. I wasn't able to figure out the main TV, but it really didn't bother us as there are TVs in all bedrooms and we spent nearly all of our time at the beach or pool. I really appreciated the quality of the furniture and how well kept the place is...it's a real gem. Thank you for providing my family this much needed respite!

What an amazing condo. You will not be disappointed. We visit Pensacola about 4-6 times a year because we have family in the area. All of my family came to the condo to visit and every one of them commented on the awesome location, the space, how beautiful it was, and THE PRICE!!! No complaints whatsoever. Kim was a wonderful person to do business with. Kept in contact with us, called to check on us and make sure that we didn't have any issues with the condo. I can not say enough about this trip. Prime location. We saw sea turtles from our balcony. The pool was great, open all night. Not alot of noise, which was great. Walking distance to great beach clubs, great food, the pier. There wasn't anything that Kim didn't think of when she set this condo up for rental!! I truly have no complaints. Ok, here it is. The property is very nice, the view is excellent, and as close to the beach as you can get. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the owner is friendly and helpful. The only things to consider are the following: Bring all of your supplies for laundry, dish washing and cooking. You will also need to pick up paper towels and toilet paper as there were only the ones on the rollers present. There are plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. There was one single use pack of dishwashing detergent. The owner had a multitude of beach chairs, umbrellas and various other items available for use which was a nice addition. The price is very competitive and I feel represents a good bargain for the area. The only suggestions to improve the experience would be for black out curtains to be added to the windows and doors for those of us that like to sleep in a bit. We will definitely consider this condo in the future.

Gem of a place

We have stayed in many VRBOs before, but this place was ultra special!! The corner room gave magnificent views! The large “living space” was magnificent! We could eat at one end of the table and play games on the other end. There was beach service, so we had reserved umbrellas and chairs for the week. The condo was immaculate in cleanliness. The beach was relatively quiet for spring break. There are many restaurants within walking distance or a quick drive. Our host, Kim, was amazing! She checked in on us for arrival and departure and once in between. Just a warning for those of you still worried about Covid-19. My husband and I have been vaccinated. Our 18 year old daughter has not. We wore our masks consistently. Only 10% of people wore masks in elevator. We got most of our food to go or delivery because few of the servers or patrons wear masks. This is no reflection on this condo. We would definitely stay here again!
