My husband, his sister and I were at the beach for a family reunion. The property was clean and easy with plenty of kitchen necessities and room to spread out. Plus, a beautiful view.
Wonderful spot overlooking the beach, stocked with all the conveniences you can imagine. Spacious for a 2-bedroom condo and very nicely furnished. Would definitely return.
The location is a few miles from the restaurants, but an easy drive. The secluded area was a draw for my wife and me . The check in was so easy and accommodations were exactly what we expected . The staff @ Regency Towers does a great job with keeping the place up to date and safe . I would recommend this place and hope to stay again .
We have been coming to Pensacola Beach for 11 years and have settled into staying at Regency Towers for the last few years. Great location, safe property, and all the conveniences you need at the beach.

The condo is so spacious! We were shocked at how big it is. It’s in a peaceful area, just a couple of miles from the Casino Boardwalk area with great restaurants.
The only advice I have for people booking this condo is to make sure to bring some extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
We love Pensacola and have stayed at Regency Towers multiple times. This unit is hands down our favorite! Great view. Loved the way it’s decorated. Tons of room for our family, including those extended ones who stayed in a separate unit. We’ll definitely stay at this condo again!
Condo was nicely furnished and had a nice view of the beach. As far as the cons, the 9 AM check out is a little early and inclusion of some basic kitchen spices/cooking spray/coffee filters would have been appreciated. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We had a great time staying here. The condo was clean and updated, with gorgeous views of the gulf. It was a quick easy walk to the beach.
Side note- bring literally everything that you will need. From ziplocs/Tupperware to cooking spray to seasonings to extra toilet paper, dishwasher pods/soap.
Otherwise a perfect stay in a great complex in a beautiful area!

Everything was great except the balcony was small & we had to shut the air conditioner off while using the balcony because of the hot air blowing from the unit. Also, the water being shut off the last 18 hours we were there was unfortunate!!!

Building maintenance scheduled since last July never communicated to individual short term renters. Had I known I would have gone to a different location. Left 3 weeks early due to noise and intrusion by workers coming in and out of the condo. Very disappointed......

Unbelievably Disappointing!
I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this experience was so unbelievable and disappointing that I had to share this with anyone considering renting from this property.
When we arrived the balcony furniture was in the middle of the living floor and the balcony was barred from the outside. When we called about it, they said that it was on the website that there was construction going on and the balcony would be unavailable. I explained that I booked from VRBO and they said they were not responsible for any information that was not disclosed. When I went back to check (as I didn't see that when we booked) VRBO said "some balcony's may be unavailable". Southern Vacation Rentals said that it had been on their website since before we rented. We booked a condo on the beach with an ocean view in order to enjoy the balcony and the view. The balcony door was so dirty on the outside that we could not even see the view. We had 4 adults in our party and not enough hot water for all of us to take a shower. When we called maintenance to unclog the shower as it was holding water, he advised us that there was only a 40 gallon tank, not enough for 4 adults to get ready to go out after a day at the beach. Additionally, the TV and VCR in the master did not work. We were very unhappy with the property overall. The stairs are taped off like a crime scene and just looking at them you can see that structural damage has occurred. With no access to the stairs, if there had been an emergency and no elevator, we would have been trapped. The property should not even been rented during this construction. At the very least, this information should be disclosed more strongly and emphasized when finalizing the booking. I'm confident that I won't rent from this property or Southern Vacation Rentals.
