Swan’s Nest offers over 2000 sq ft of luxury, comfort and intimacy. This 2-storey condo will provide plenty of room for your family. Start your day with a delicious breakfast on sitting at the granite counter. Enjoy Canmore’s iconic Three Sisters view comfortably sitting in the balcony sipping your morning espresso freshly brewed in our automatic coffee machine. After a ski day, soak in the private hot tub, with fantastic mountain view.

At dinner time, the chef will be seduced with the luxurious kitchen, large granite countertops and equipment including mixing bowls, cooking accessories, spices and more. You’re a grill master? Perfect! The gas bbq on the balcony is just a few steps away. Everybody will have a seat around the dining table that accommodates up to 8 persons.
Either you’re travelling with the family or friends, everybody will sleep in a comfortable bed, either one of the king or queen size bed in each bedroom. We also provide an extra folding bed, pack and play crib, and high chair free of charge.
After or before a day of outdoor adventures, you will appreciate natural scents from Rocky Mountain Soap Company shower products.
Rainy or cloudy? You can watch free Crave and Disney TV or stream online through free WiFi and play it on the television via Apple TV. Our wifi network is private and not shared with other condos in the building.
During your stay, make sure you take advantage of the indoor pool, water slide, hot tub and gym that are offered for all guests of the resort, including you. The best part is we do not charge resort fees!
As if that was not enoug, we offer a complimentary Park Pass (Discovery Pass) to be used during your stay, along with coffee and tea.

Please note that Resort pool and hot tub WILL BE CLOSED April 15-30. However, our private hot tub will be available during that time.

WHAT TO DO
Now that you’ve found the perfect base for your adventure, it is up to you to make this trip memorable. Plenty of activities for all kind of people. Sightseeing (a lot of it!!), hiking, biking, paddling, skiing, climbing, fishing, scrambling, skating, mountaineering, shopping... One trip won’t get you through all of it!
No worries, we don’t leave you alone for this. We give you our tips, tricks, even a few secrets to make the most out of your vacation. In fact, we share a digital guidebook with recommendations for activities, restaurants, hikes and more. Upon request, we can also provide ski tickets, first grocery service or rental equipment pick up.

GETTING AROUND
This property is in Grand Rockies Resort, one of the best in Canmore. Grand Rockies has a good restaurant, pool, waterslide, hot tub and gym.
The condo is on top floor (4th floor)
It is equipped with a keyless entry system. Guests will receive their access prior to arrival and can access the unit anytime after 16h00 on arrival day. This is a split level, so it has stairs to get to common area.
The condo is a few steps from downtown! In a 5 minute walk, you get to groceries, pharmacy, cafe, restaurants, liquor store. Great bagel shop across the street! You like to be near the action but be quiet at the same time, you will be served!
Everything is in walking distance. Roam transit is an effective way to get to remote parts of town, Banff and Lake Louise. We have more details about their service in our digital guidebook.

THE HOSTS
My name is Robert and my wife is Martine. I came to the Rockies for a summer camp in 2000 and 2001. I immediately fell in love with the area. I took my wife on a road trip in 2004 and she had the same reaction. It took us 10 years to finally leave the province of Quebec and cross the country with our 3 young children to start a new life in Canmore. Since 2014, we call it home. We love to explore those mountains by foot. We’ve scrambled a few of them and are always looking for new peaks to explore. We now have a furry friend that follow us everywhere, Bernie. You can see him on some pictures. We’ve been sharing our passion for the mountain with our guest since 2015. It’s been an incredible journey that brought us to meet some amazing people.
We live in Canmore and can be reach 24/7. We provide recommendations and tips for our guest to get the best from their stay.

A rental agreement will be sent and needs to be agreed upon. This is just to be transparent about expectations in the condo prior to getting there.
