This beautiful, modern and brand-new family home has been furnished to a high standard. The entire ground floor of Villa Cala includes 4 bedrooms, open kitchen/ dinning/ living room with pocket sliding doors for indoor/outdoor living, sun terrace, pergola for outdoor dining/lounging, and 11x4 meter pool.

• Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in rain shower

Why they chose this property
Villa Cala is our little slice of heaven on the French Riviera. We built it in 2019, so the property is brand new, built and furnished to high-standards. We love that it's surrounded by nature. Sunrise and sunset are our favorite times, listening to the birds sing or going for a stroll in the woods on the nearby trails
