Spectacular Villa Linda
Fabulous villa overlooking the Mediterranean and a gorgeous valley of rolling hills on Vence's famous water trail. 25 minutes to Nice Airport, 15 minutes to Polygone Riviera Mall and Casino, 40 min to Monaco and Cannes by car. Fabulous pool and bbq area with a multisports court, great for relaxing with family and/or friends. Fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, wifi, cable television. Free parking on property. Take a wonderful hike to Chapelle St. Rafael (great place to have a nice picnic) takes about one hour each way. Take advantage of the great bike trails nearby. Out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to take advantage to all the Cote d'Azur has to offer!!!

Why they chose this property
It's very well located. I am right in the middle of Cannes, Monaco and Nice, not far from the beach. Also I am 10 minutes from St Paul de Vence where you find the best restaurants of the Cote D'Azur. Plus this villa is beautiful and it has everything you need.
What makes this property unique
It's near the commerce but at the same time in a calm area. It has sea view and mountains views. The garden area looks like a resort.
