1 KING, 1 DOUBLE SLEEPER SOFA

Nestled in the trees, Grace Sea is a perfect hideaway to escape from it all. Located near Westside Pool, this is the guest house to Sea Biscuit. With everything on one level, you are greeted by a screened-in front porch that leads into the living/dining room with a built-in stereo, LCD TV, and DVD/VCR. The open air front porch welcomes you with outside seating for for, a perfect outdoor nook for your morning coffee with outdoor bistro dining for two. The kitchen features granite counter tops, tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar with bar seating for two. This updated kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, a four burner electrical stove top and full oven, an under counter microwave, and a large full size fridge.

The adjacent living room has a double sleeper sofa perfect for young kids to sleep four in total. (not recommended for adults) There is an adjacent dining table to seat two more. The King bed includes a private bath and is also furnished with an LCD TV and DVD. The recently renovated bathroom features quartz counters and a single vanity. Off of the king bedroom is a screened rear private porch with cushioned seating for four and a rear access to an outdoor gilling area in the back. This outdoor grilling are is complete with a private charcoal grill and an additional two Adirondack chairs. For additional room the main combination of cottage may be rented as Sandy Toes, for a four bedroom and 4.5 baths sleeping 12 in total.

*3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental agency was great and very easy. The property was not what we expected and is listed to sleep 4 but I would not recommend it for 4. The pull out sofa is very uncomfortable and the rental is very small. For 2 it works much better.

Great Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Grace Sea was excellent! The cottage was super clean and cozy! It was perfect for a weekend getaway for two! It was super noce to be walking distance from all of our favorite things to do on Seaside. The Home Owners collection was one of the most friendly and helpful rental services we have used in 30A and we have used quite a few over the years! We will definitely continue to rent through them for all of our 30A trips from now on! Can’t recommend enough! Only suggestion I have is that shades be placed on the windows right above the bed. The cottage next door can see right into these windows and it just felt a little odd not having a shade to pull down. We put pillows up there just to block them but simple shades like the ones on the rest of the windows and doors would make all the difference! Just a friendly suggestion!
