Welcome to the guest cottage Seasuite- located directly across from the beach in Seaside, Florida. This modern guest cottage has a prime Seaside location only 59 feet to the beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion and only a 2 minute walk to the Seaside, Florida. Park and walk to over 35 shops, restaurants, dining, and a gourmet grocery all within minutes from your cottage. Seasuite can be rented alone or in conjunction with the main house, SloMocean.

Seasuite is the perfect couples escape or great for small families given its proximity to the beach and dining. At Seasuite you have a private beach escape for four close to all things Seaside, Florida. This newer construction guest cottage has been thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout.

The first floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent marble bathroom. The bathroom has a marble single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The queen has built-in shelves for storage, a small closet, a nightstand, and its own mounted flat-screen TV.

The second floor features the living room and a modern kitchenette with gorgeous glass tile inlaid countertops and a two-drawer fridge (the kitchenette does not have a freezer). The living room has designer furnishing throughout, a smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and a Juliette balcony overlooking 30A and the treetop views. Other bonuses include a stackable washer and dryer unit and an outdoor shower located to the left of the front door.

Seasuite is the perfect cottage to enjoy a private getaway all within steps to everything Seaside, Florida, and the beach!

Perfect for two

My son and I came for his spring break. The communication with the property manager and the hospitality was second to none. It was the perfect getaway and steps from food shopping and the beach.

We love the cottage, the set up, the cleanliness – everything was great. Every morning I walked to Black Bear Bread Co. for coffee, access to the beach was awesome – it was all wonderful.The one thing we DID learn... Do not go during spring break. I thought we were going late enough to avoid the spring break crowd, but we didn’t. My husband and I were looking for a getaway, away from our teenagers, lol! And there were teenagers everywhere, on bikes – in loud vehicles - we had to be careful or we would’ve gotten hit by teenagers on bicycles, vehicles, etc.We will definitely go back, but this time we’ll avoid the spring breakers🤪

Outstanding place and location

My wife and I stayed for our 25 year anniversary. The place was great. Half block from the food trucks and shops and right across the street from beach entrance. We will most certainly rent again.

Seasuite in Seaside was everything we could’ve ask for and more! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street or the town where you can shop, eat and drink! Homeowners Collection was great - very friendly and communicative. We were dreading having to leave and will definitely be staying again next year!

Great Location

Great location one block from the square. The was very cozy. The only negative was the upstairs seems to have a layer of white dust on everything in the kitchenette. I wish the unit had been recleaned before we arrived. Also, the it appeared there was some water damage down stairs and the unit was a little musty for the first day until the AC units had run for a little while.

Beautiful Honeymoon spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My Husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the prefect size for us. The beach was a short walk away as well as the stores and restaurants. The house was located behind the main house but still offered privacy. The only downside was the small washer and dryer, we had a hard time doing laundry during our week long stay. Other than that everything was perfect. Homeowners Collection was amazing to book through and very personable. They even gave us a goody basket for our honeymoon.

Literally a 2 min walk to the beach and/or the town if you wanted to shop, grab coffee, have lunch or dinner! Homeowners Collection was great - we needed a few extra things (towels, hairdryer, extra comforter) that were dropped off same day. The correspondence with them was via text and responses were immediate and friendly. We were dreading having to leave and will definitely be staying here again next year!

We love Slowmocean and will continue to stay there and the number of adult sleeping beds and proximity to the beach is great. We rented Seasuite as we needed an extra adult bedroom close to Slowmocean. We will sadly find another option next year as it was damp and smelled very much like an old damp beach cottage.

Cute and great location

Me and three teenage girls stayed here over spring break. It is a great location super close to all the shops/food in Seaside and right across the street from the beach access. I could walk anywhere I needed to go but we did use the bikes to go further. I could not have picked a better place based on location. Just like other reviewers have said, this rental really is too small for more than 2 people….we made it work but it was not ideal for 4. All amenities are in the rental that you need, very clean, the bed was comfortable, nice shower, and it is a precious place. The only downside during our stay was that the dryer didn’t work, and that was disappointing bc I wanted to wash and dry at least the bath and beach towels daily. I called property management and they did send someone over but they were not able to fix it. Overall I would recommend this location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a strange odor in the house. The shower leaked all over the floor. The upstairs air conditioner was broken. There is not enough storage to put clothes away. There is a very tiny closet but was filled with extra linens and pillows, so nowhere to hang clothes. Not enough outlets to plug in essentials in the bedroom or bathroom. Not enough space in general for anything. We have stayed in many of these cottages in Seaside and this was by far the smallest and most inconvenient. Kind of like glamping. Great location is the only positive I can think of. The staff was very attentive and sent maintenance several times to fix things but not very convenient when on vacation to have to deal with.

Perfect From Every Angle

My wife and I rented the Seasuite for our babymoon. We had a wonderful time staying here, it was the perfect size for a couple. It had all the essentials and was updated in a clean/contemporary fashion! Bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice, clean, and had high-end finishes. The shower was incredible and had some of the best water pressure i've ever experienced. Upstairs is the loft area with a tv, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, coffee, and even a single burner for cooking. The balcony was lovely and we spent late evenings and mornings sitting there. You're within 100 yards from the main town square and the beach. There's a great breakfast and coffee spot in between (Black Bear Baked Goods). Only small complaint was the wood was warped pretty badly outside of the bathroom and the front portion of the bedroom. You could easily trip or stub your toe. Hoping they can address that soon. I would also not book for any more than 2-4 people. 2 is perfect, and 4 would be tight. The couch upstairs pulls out into a bed so you could squeeze 4 people, but wouldn't recommend it. Would 100% book again and I look forward to going back!

Convenient location; wouldn't return

In terms of convenience, you can't beat this location. Very easy beach access, close to restaurants. Once we arrived we didn't have to get in the car once. The downside to the location was the nighttime noise. Every night of our stay (including weeknights) we were awakened multiple times a night by 30A noise: drunken teenagers screaming obscenities like someone's life depended on it (maybe it did), bloodcurdling screams, cars revving to insane speeds. Upon arrival we set up the sofa bed, only to find a used sheet covered with long hairs still on the mattress. We put on the clean sheets provided, but there was no other bedding. I called the hospitality number to ask about getting a comforter for the sofa bed. I was told, "I don't know about a COMFORTER, but we could send over a blanket." There was a comforter on the bed in the downstairs (a duvet insert, I suppose) so I figured there were more where that came from. Someone brought over a thin blanket. I've had better service at a Holiday Inn. Maybe the noise isn't as bad in the off season. Maybe we got a service provider at the end of a long day. Either way, once was enough for us.

Tiny Home

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. We struggled with size of the bedroom and bathroom for two people. It would have been ok for 1 person. I had nowhere to even store my suitcase. We managed to find places to put our clothes but that was a struggle too. The bathroom situation was frustrating tad well. The upstairs was fine and it was nice having a washer and dryer. We used the cute little porch to sit on. I wish they had supplied a broom to sweep up sand. We tried to extend our stay by 3 nights before we got there but they wanted to triple the cost of those nights. So we had to scrabble to find another place. The frustrating thing about that was at first they said fine and then called back and said they made a mistake and it would be triple. No full length mirror that was also a bit disappointing. Fortunately we spent most of our time out. Everyone I spoke to from the rental agency could not have been kinder. They were quick to help with any issues. So the issue with the rental agency was specifically about the cost of extending our trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Seasuite in Seaside. This was our first time in Seaside Florida and our first time to the Panhandle. I had heard many great things about seaside and we're excited to stay. I travel with my husband and 17 year old daughter. I found Home Collections rentals through seaside website. The website was extremely well laid out and gave me all necessary information. The cottage I picked was based on having a second floor living space for my daughter and the proximity to the main square. Seesuite was definitely a smaller cottage but fit our needs for the week. I cannot say enough good things about Home Collections. Hands down the best service we've ever had traveling including all inclusive and high end hotels. I had some concerns Renting a cottage and having limited interaction with the Management properties, but Home Collections was wonderful. They provided a lovely reception the first night we checked in with hors d'oeuvres cocktails. During the reception we were able to meet the staff who provided additional information that helped us Navigate Seaside and the properties we had access to and we got all of our questions answered. The service at Home Collections was wonderful they responded to all of our requests immediately. We had a problem with the dryer on a Saturday and Home Collection sent somebody over within 15 minutes to fix it. We needed the towels and within a half an hour someone was over with towels. Honestly the easiest fastest communication I've ever had with the property. You would absolutely stay in Home Collections again their attention to customer service was exceptional. There were a few minor things that would change about Seasuite Cottage itself but nothing that would discourage a future stay. Seasuite is small but had everything we needed.
