Do you want to experience a breathtaking SUNSET in the evening? And enjoy a bright, lovingly furnished, cozy and newly renovated apartment? Close to nature and still live close to the city?

Then you are in the right place at the "SCHWARZWALD-TRAUMBLICK". Enjoy the beautiful apartment in Baden-Baden / Lichtental with 104 square meters of living space and stunning Black Forest dream.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The open dining and living area with six meters ceiling height is bright, spacious and offers enough space for you and your loved ones.

You can also enjoy your breakfast on the south-facing balcony and unwind in the deck chair on the roof terrace. In colder seasons, the open fireplace brings a cozy atmosphere and a wonderful feel-good atmosphere. The Samsung TV in the living room has international channels. You have a free, perfectly working WiFi.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and fine white linen. In the master bedroom is also a Samsung TV.

The adjoining, bright, Italian-style bathroom has a bath, a soaker shower, a bidet and two sinks.

The infrastructure is very good. Immediately on your doorstep there is a bakery, the trattoria "Dolce Vita", doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, ladies boutique, computer specialist, Edeka food shop and the newly opened "Geroldsauer mill" with a cozy garden restaurant and organic sausage meat and food department ,

What the "SCHWARZWALD-TRAUMBLICK" still offers in the end is the fantastic views from every corner of the apartment into the great outdoors, in the Black Forest or over the rooftops of Lichtental. A few steps from the house you will find miles of walking and hiking trails. Likewise, starting at the Lichtental Abbey, a wonderful footpath and cycle path - along the river Oos - leads you over the Lichtentaler Allee to the city center.

The holiday or business stay in the "SCHWARZWALD-TRAUMBLICK" will be pure relaxation for you and your family. Spoil yourself with the claim of a quiet and spacious dream apartment in the most beautiful district of Baden-Baden, in Lichtental.

Beautiful

The apartment was lovely, location great and we had no concerns at all. Host was helpful, accommodated for our language barriers and was most welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Dream View Indeed

I was exalted to have been able to stay in this impeccably equipped and beautifully laid out apartment for a month. With miles of forest trails accessible from the front door, and a short distance from Lichtental Allee (which is the most beautiful walk to town imaginable), this location was just what I was hoping for. Siggi is a wonderful person who provides her guests with perfect privacy and kindness. I hope to someday return!

Highly recommended

Great apartment, well equipped - nothing missing, great view, and Siggy - the great landlady who is responsive, great to talk to and helps with any question. Everything is accessible and within walking distance - bakery, supermarket, bus, the Lichtentaler Allee promenade to the city center, and the Panoramaweg hiking trails. We would love to come again. Warmly recommended!

Entspannter Urlaub im Schwarzwald

“Die Ferienwohnung Schwarzwald-Traumblick ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Baden-Baden zu erkunden. Die Stadt bietet kulturell, historisch und kulinarisch alles, was zum Gelingen eines Urlaubs beitragen kann. Wir, zwei Freundinnen im besten Alter, haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir, zwei Freundinnen im besten Alter ;-) haben Vieles zu Fuss erkundet und die gute ÖV-Anbindung sehr geschätzt. Wir konnten den Tag gemütlich auf der Terrasse beginnen und Abends mit Blick in die Natur ausklingen lassen. Frau Berzel danken wir für die aufmerksame Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Petit nid perché au bout de Lichtentaler Allée

Nous avons réservé une semaine de vacances en août 2023. L'appartement, joliment décoré est conforme aux photos et à la description. Perché sur une petite hauteur à dix minutes du début de la fameuse Lichtentaler allée, avec une supérette à proximité, cet appartement est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir et apprécier Baden-Baden. Quel plaisir de prendre les repas ou le petit-déjeuner sur le balcon, avec une vue très dégagée sur les alentours. Le nord de la forêt noire, Francfort-sur-le Main, Heidelberg et de nombreuses autres pépites sont accessibles en une journée, grâce au réseau autoroutier allemand. La propriétaire est serviable, discrète mais toujours aux petits soins si besoin. Bref, séjour parfait pour nous ! Merci Siggi !

Uitstekende locatie en fijn appartement

Het appartement is heel ruim en licht en voorzien van alles wat je maar zou kunnen wensen. De eigenaresse is heel hartelijk en behulpzaam met het geven van tips en adviezen. De wandeling van een half uurtje naar het centrum van de stad over de Lichtentaler Allee is prachtig: zonnig en schaduwrijk onder grote bomen, veel bloeiende planten en struiken en overal bankjes om rustig te genieten van de omgeving. Vanaf het grote balkon heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen, het stadje, de Merkurberg en de druivenstruiken. Zeker aan te raden!

Piece of heaven

Siggi's flat is a wonderful respite. Perched on the hills surrounding Baden-Baden, you feel on the border of nature with an easy walk to town. From one balcony you have a view of the Black Forrest. From the other, the beautiful tower of a church next door which provides some beautiful chimes and the rooftops of Baden-Baden. The apartment is very cozy, clean. It is light with white walls and some wood details that make it feel uniquely German. A bathroom with some 70s tiles that feel retro and also en vogue. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances thoughtfully organized in their exact place. At first I thought I might feel a little far from downtown Baden-Baden since I didn't have a car. It is about a half hour walk until you are in the city center. However, a stroll down Lichtentaller Allee is the most delightful walk you could dream of, following the brick-layed stream and always shade-covered by a row of trees, you pass fields, grand houses, the rose garden, Brenners Park Hotel. It is so heart warming to be with the other people enjoying the allee. I am staying at a place in town now and I miss the walk, and the quiet of Siggi's place. Siggi herself is a delight, super friendly and available. She tries to help you out with your every desire. I needed a hot water bottle one night which she kindly provided, links to bikes, and help calling a taxi. She is a chic lady with smiles and is clearly much loved by her friends and neighbors. I definitely recommend staying here for a cozy and unique experience!

Traumhaftes Baden-Baden

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. TOP Lage, Edeka, Bäcker und Pizzaria in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Lichtentaler Allee. Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Baden Baden ein Ort der sich lohnt!

Sehr schöne großzügig Wohnung ,sehr sauber mit 2 Balkone. Alles da was man so braucht. Bad sehr groß leider nur von Schlafzimmer begehbar. Nette Vermieter. Zu Fuß nach Baden Baden in 3km durch ein sehr schöner Park in den es viel zu entdecken gibt.

Schöne Wohnung

Mein Mann und ich hatten im September einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Baden-Baden Lichtental in der Wohnung Traumblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit einem tollen Ausblick vom Balkon.

Keurig!!

Woning was keurig op orde en meer dan compleet qua voorzieningen, eerlijk gezegd zal ik hier niet nogmaals met de kinderen (zeker in de lastige leeftijd 13/16) heen gaan omdat er voor hun niet heel veel te beleven valt ( volgens hun dan hè)|, gelukkig was er wifi en die was dik in orde. Heerlijk geslapen en lekker tot rust komen in een prachtige omgeving.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Lage.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung nach den Bildern gebucht und mussten Vorort feststellen, dass sie noch schöner und gemütlicher war. Frau Siggi Berzel als Vermieterin war entzückend. Es ist ihr sehr wichtig, dass es am nichts fehlt. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei tollen Schlafzimmern und einem großen offenen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und zwei Balkone. In den ganzen Tagen haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke an Familie Berzel für die schönen Tage. Für die Bewertung sollten man auf jeden Fall 5 ***** vergeben. Da unser Sohn den Corona Virus bekommen hatte, mussten wir ausdunsteten Hause ausziehen. Sollten wir wieder Eine Ferienwohnung benötigen, kommen wir immer wieder sehr gerne auf Familie Berzel zurück. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin

Es gehört zum besonderen Charme dieser schönen Ferienwohnung, dass nicht nur Lage und Ausblick bemerkenswert sind. Die Gastgeberin Frau Brezel hat es geschafft, dass wir uns sofort wohl und wie zuhause fühlen konnten. Alles, was die Anzeige verspricht, hat die Ferienwohnung gehalten. Gerade bei schlechtem Wetter ist das helle Wohnzimmer ein behaglicher Ort zum Entspannen.

Nicht nur Traumblick sondern auch Traumlage!

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns bei Frau Berzel für die tolle und persönliche Betreuung - mehr als 5 Sterne kann man hier leider nicht vergeben. Die Wohnung macht ihrem Namen alle Ehre, aber für uns war auch die Lage im Vorort von Baden-Baden perfekt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "um die Ecke" und tolle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Traumhafte Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür und den Spaziergang in die Innenstadt von Baden-Baden sollte man auf jeden Fall machen.

Traumhaft schön

Wir wurden sehr liebevoll und freundlich von der Vermieterin in unserer sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung empfangen und betreut. Rundum sorglos. Wir bekamen viele Tipps, was wir uns ansehen können in der schönen Umgebung. Toller Blick von beiden Terrassen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter hatte die FeWo alles zu bieten: schöner Kamin, Spielzeug für Kinder, Kuscheldecken etc. Alles da! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch und die Gegend lädt zu schönen Ausflügen ein. Wir haben auch gut Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten und fühlten uns rundherum sehr wohl. Jederzeit wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great place to spend your holiday

We had a great time in this lovely big apartment. It's very well equipped and the view from both spacious balconies is fantastic. Siggi is a charming and great host who does anything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The black forest is a beautiful area with many beautiful and well signed hikes. Baden baden is a lovely city, not too big but big enough. We will definitely come again! Cheers, Lia and Nico

Unforgettable vacation in Baden Baden

We had a gorgeous time in Baden Baden, the weather was great, the appartment , but not least our land lady...she was the best of them all. We have been in many places on vacation, had to deal with many owners, but had such nice easy going person to talk to...she made ue feel welcomed from the very beginning. The apartment is great, everything you might need is there, in two words, beauty and quality together...the view from both terrazas stunning,...we felt many times that there was no need for us to go out!!! We could stay put and just enjoy the place...but we did go out and saw many places of great interest...old castle, new castles, palaces, water falls...there so much to see and do...in other words, it's a great place to visit. I fully recommend the whole experience...to us was a 10 +

An apartment with a beautiful view

Such a well appointed apartment with everything you need. The kitchen has all the appliances; the pots and pans are selected by an expert. Two bedrooms with plenty of lenins and pillows. There are Villeroy and Boch sets for those that want to dine in style! All our breakfasts and dinners have been in the spacious balcony overlooking the small village and the black forest trees. Siggi, the owner and property manager went out of her way to help from the very beginning. We initially booked on certain dates but our travel plans changed and she accommodated our request. She was with us over emails and Wattsapp until we settled in the apartment. She provided tips and local information that was very useful during our six days in Baden Baden. I strongly recommend this property and will definitely come back! Best
