You'll be a 5-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the beaches, and all the shops, while enjoying a quiet and perfectly soundproofed environment, close to major traffic routes, making it very easily accessible. The comfortable apartment features a south-facing living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps one), and a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, stovetop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.

• One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), with a private bathroom and a large fitted walk-in closet,
