Spend quiet time at home watching sunset on Crooked Lake from the front porch OR a quick jaunt into Mount Dora for Festival, shopping OR 30 minute drive to Disney OR walk to a 90 acre amazing preserve with birding and walking trails OR visit any of the hundreds of Lakes in the area! NO Smoking. No Cats, one dog allowed with $75 Pet Fee. NO Work trucks (HOA), No third party rentals, no smoking, no RVs.
NOTE: During Feb/March, Owner resides in apartment space over garage. No shared spaces. 40 mins to Disney. 35 mins to Orlando.
