The house is lovely, exceptionally clean, comfortable and a great location. It was perfect for our time in Eustis at the Lake County Fair Beef Breeding and Steer Shows. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool due to early mornings and late nights at the fair. Communication with the host was exceptional. Would highly recommend this property!

Great relaxing weekend. The only issue was the chlorine in the pool was so strong it bleached out our swimsuits. The house was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy.

Amazing Gem in Eustis

The home was beautiful inside and out. The host is very responsive and quick to reply with any questions. We brought our dog for the stay and they were even thoughtful enough to leave some doggie snacks for her. I would definitely recommend staying with them if you ever need a home in the Eustis area. Nice quiet neighnorhood with friendly neighbors.

The only major issue we had was that the stove would not get hotter than 350ish degrees. The owner was notified and should have it remedied ny now. Otherwise it was a good place for us to stay and see family for the holidays.

The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and centrally located. When we arrived, the pool accessory basket was in the pool but I’m assuming that was due to wind. We pulled it out and reorganized all of the pool toys. Additionally, there was a mixup during one afternoon when a family showed up to swim in the pool even though we had the whole home booked for the entire weekend. Apparently the homeowner also rents the pool out for the day. We informed the other family that we booked the home and they left without incident. I believe it was a schedule conflict but did startle my daughter in law and 2 year old son.

I just noticed that you left a 2 star review when the only thing you could complain about was smoke alarms that I have never had a problem with before your stay or after your stay! Even though you called repeatedly bother myself and property manager and we sent people over to help and fix the issue you still left 2 stars 👍 I will be changing my 10 star rating for you and notifying VRBO and AIRBNB that I will not rent to you again for future. And just so you know host look at your reviews before renting to you! So good luck!
