This spacious, modern beach house with a saltwater swimming pool on 1-acre of land is ideal for vacations with multi-general family, two families, or friends. It is light-filled, comfortable, and peaceful--while being close to beaches and dining.

- 7-minute walk to Woodneck Beach (.3 miles). This quieter beach has sand and rocks on one side, and a salt marsh for exploring on the other. It is ideal for swimming, beach walking, marine wildlife exploration, and sunset watching
- 2 miles to downtown Falmouth with top-rated restaurants and shopping 
- Blocks to the Shining Sea bike path for picturesque bike rides and walking
- 10-minute drive to 11 beaches (beach parking permit can be purchased in advance through the town)

DETAILS
- This is a peaceful, residential area -- no parties allowed. Outdoor quiet hours are 8 pm to 8 am. The outside of the property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record conversations) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
- To keep this property clean, no pets are allowed.
- To reduce your costs and packing requirements, we are happy to share our 4 bicycles, 8 beach chairs & umbrella, beach toys, 4 tennis rackets, and pool toys.
- We provide sheets, bedding, and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).
- There is fast Wifi throughout the house that will support multiple devices.
- The stairs in this split-level house may not be an ideal fit for families with toddlers.
- Note that we have a Ring Doorbell at the front and side entrance.

This was the most perfect property and location for our needs that we could ask for. The spacious house is more than ample for all of us to relax together yet allowed us plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is lovely and close to many wonderful activities. The hosts are very responsive and provided much clear and useful info before we arrived. We even met the cleaning person on our way out who was very friendly. This is a 5 star vacation home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out with 2 living rooms, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The pool and grounds are lovely. The house was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is great - short walk to beach or town and near the bike path.

Great location!

The property is beautiful, set back and private enough with plenty of parking. The layout is conducive to families or gatherings of friends; and just overall was a great spot. The large deck and pool, and the large flat yard for games gave us plenty of places to hang out - and the basement with ping pong and ms Pac-Man was an added bonus. The location is very easy to get to, and Uber rides to downtown were convenient and quick. The hosts were very responsive, and even reached out to us proactively when we happened to lose power during our stay due to a windstorm. Overall, highly recommended!

Fantastic for race weekend!

This house was perfect to meet up with friends and family and relax on race weekend. Place was absolutely lovely to cook and enjoy with family - and we were glad we made it for the last weekend of the heated pool!

End of summer in the Cape

Such a great stay! Kate was super communicative and helpful. The property was clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Just a short 10 minute bike ride into town too. We had so much fun!

Try to remember to leave the premises from time to time. It won't always be easy. It's pleasant.

This is a beautiful house with just about every amenity that a pool loving, culinary enthusiast, grilling, air hockey playing, table tennis playing, Ms. Packman playing group of people could want. The hostess is responsive and welcoming.

Great Cape House!

What a wonderful property to stay at down in Falmouth. The house has everything you can need and more. Kate and Frank are fantastic hosts and they give you a wonderful packet to make your stay seamless. Couldn't recommend this place enough for any families looking for a fun filled trip to the Cape!

Excellent stay

We stayed with our three kids and my parents and the Sandpiper was perfect. We all loved it. Kids loved the pool. Communication was easy and the house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet easy to get places. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Wonderful Home, Owner & Location

We have been coming to the Cape over the years, however this is are first time at The Sandpiper. We will be making this our home away from home moving forward when we visit the Cape. Home is spacious, extremely well equipped and the owners are wonderful. The kitchen is very well appointed and has literally everything you will need for your stay. Great game rooms downstairs and two sitting areas on the first floor. I can’t say enough positive things about this place or the owners.

Fun week in Falmouth

We had another great stay at this wonderful home in walking distance to a kid friendly town beach on Buzzards Bay with great sunset views. The recently redone pool area at the house was quite nice. Thes kitchen was stocked with a nice complement of kitchenware and everything was perfectly clean. Bikes and beach chairs at the house are a nice convenience as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation!

Resounding Yes

This was our second year at Sandpiper. Five adults, three children all say yes to Sandpiper. Communication with the owner is outstanding. House had everything we needed plus wonderful small touches. Can’t imagine renting any other place.

Perfection

Can't say enough about Sandpiper. From it's location to the surrounding lush greenery it's perfect. The house is lovely and roomy, equipped with all you need. The pool is gorgeous! My grandkids as well as the adults thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts supplied a welcome basket (which you hardly see anymore) and they were a pleasure to deal with. We a hoping to book again next year.

Wonderful family holiday

We are a family of 9, including 4 children aged 4 and younger. We had a brief but wonderful stay in this well-located, private, comfortable home. Both the children and the adults really enjoyed staying there. We had no problems and so had little contact with our hosts, but they checked in regularly to be sure everything was going well. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Fantastic Stay

We recently stayed, me and my husband along with our two girls, 2.5 and 4.5. We also had both sets of grandparents. The house was outstanding and worked perfectly for our family. I was impressed with all the supplies for children, high chairs, booster seats, pack and play, baby gate, etc. It was very convenient to not have to travel with all the extras. The inground heated pool was a massive hit for my kids (and the adults). While we enjoyed the beach, our kids are still a little young for a full beach day so having the pool to come back to was great and we used it multiple times a day. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and it was convenient to the things we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Sandpiper Review

My family was delighted with our VRBO. It was clean and spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 children ages 6& 8. We used the heated salt water pool at least once a day , often more. The basement area was great with ping pong, darts, & foosball keeping the kids happily entertained. Room for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable. Nice showers. Close to beaches and restaurants. Welcome booklet very helpful guide to area activities and restaurants. Good communication with hosts. It was perfect for us.

Family vacation

We stayed at the Sandpiper from 9/14/24-9/21/24. It was for a family vacation and it was everyone's first time in Cape Cod. The home was absolutely fantastic. It has two large master suites and two additional bedrooms and plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The pool was wonderful and heated so we could even use it when it was a little chilly out. We all enjoyed the game room is the basement and had a nice little ping pong tournament. The location was perfect for our first visit to the cape and downtown Falmouth is quaint little town with really good restaurants. The owners, Frank and Kate were great and the welcoming guide they sent us ahead of time gave us all the information we needed to have a great vacation in the cape. We spent a day in Provincetown (1 1/2 hr drive), took the ferry to Nantucket for a day trip and went to some local beaches. I would highly recommend the Sandpiper for your stay in Cape Cod.

An Absolute MUST STAY!

We rented the house for my birthday weekend with some friends and had an absolutely AMAZING TIME! The house was more than we expected, it was incredibly clean and offered so many amenities! The house is even more stunning in person. Short walk to the beach with the best sunset! Close proximity to the knob (definitely worth checking out) and Falmouth town center with lots of shops and restaurants. The owners were extremely hospitable and responsive! Even left me a birthday card :) Lastly, the BEDS oh my god! I immediately requested what mattress they have and pillows! I haven't slept that well in so long! My only complaint was that we only stayed (2) nights! Wish I could have stayed longer!! Such a perfect getaway! - Thank you for everything!! Meg

In 2020, we were able to make our dream of owning a home in Falmouth a reality, and want to share it with others who are looking for a peaceful and safe place to relax.
