The lush back yard is wonderful for family barbecues and outdoor fun. The property is only a 5 minute walk to Surf Drive Beach or Main St. and only minutes to the Shining Sea Bike Path along Vineyard Sound and the ferry to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Amenities include:

Hello! And thanks for taking the time to check out our favorite place on earth! My name is Mike, and I am happily married to my wife Nicole. We have two beautiful baby boys, and another baby girl (this one has 4 legs and a tail), and we absolutely love coming to the Cape! My wife has been coming to Falmouth in the summer all of her life, and she quickly got me to fall in love with the area once we started dating. We decided to buy a property of our own to enjoy, and we want to share it with you! It really is the perfect location for all ages, and my family and I enjoy going to the beach, taking trips to woods hole and Nobska Lighthouse, and walking Main St. There is something here for everyone, and we hope that you can stay with us! Looking forward to hearing from you to start planning your next vacation!
