Prachtige ligging aan een mooi strand
Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het appartement is wat gedateerd, maar het mooie balkon direct aan het strand met eigen parkeerplaats maakt alles goed

Trato exquisito , situación inmejorable , mucha tranquilidad. Como opciones de mejora sería conveniente estudiar la instalación de toldos y cambiar el sofá por uno un poco mas cómodo.

Appartamenti Clipper
Appena si arriva si accede al vano ascensore e sembra di essere tornati al 1900. Scale piccole, muri scrostati, sicuramente poco invitante. L’appartamento è carino ma il bagno odora di fogna e la camera matrimoniale di muffa. La cameretta due letti è scomoda, materassi vecchi. Normali cucina e soggiorno. Bella la vista e utile il posto auto. Bravissime e gentilissime le signore delle pulizie.

dommage
cette appartement est très bien situé dans une résidence agréable. Malheureusement il est mal équipé tant au niveau de la cuisine(nous avons dû acheter un économe et un égouttoir...) que au niveau de la terrasse(absence de protection contre le soleil rendant la terrasse inutilisable avec le soleil), pas de serviette de plage, balai vieux et sale etc...

El apartamento está bien situado en la playa. El no tener toldo en la terraza hace que no puedas disfrutar de la terraza las horas de sol. Mobiliario terraza muy viejo. Se tendría que poner un lavavajillas hoy en día es un electrodoméstico básico. Muy amables los encargados de las llaves pudimos disfrutar del apartamento hasta las 19h del último dia ya que detras nuestro no entraba nadie hasta el día siguiente.

Vistas preciosas
Piso bonito frente al mar. Como nos gustaría volver, por eso apunto las cosas negativas: - Las puertas rozan mucho contra el parquet, lo que las hace muy ruidosas y difíciles de abrir. - Los armarios de madera rozan muchísimo por lo que también es muy difícil abrirlos y colocar cosas en ellos. - Mala insonorización de la habitación de detrás con el tren, la ventana no cierra bien (persiana pendiente de arreglar) - El gas de la caldera, cada noche, como el viento cambia de orientación y la salida de gas está mal adaptada a la antigua, entra dentro de la cocina y del salón y huele a gas, con el consiguiente peligro. Durante nuestra estancia tuvo que venir un experto. - No hay opacidad de luz en la habitación individual. - La cama de matrimonio es de 140cm y la web no lo pone. - La web pone que hay vitrocerámica y lo que hay son fogones - El armario vertical del salón no está anclado a la pared y es peligroso para los niños Agradecemos la amabilidad de las personas de la agencia, así como la persona encargada de la limpieza, la facilidad para la cuna, barrera, trona.

Muy basico, calidad precio no se ajustan.
Estuvimos una semana en el apartamento y nos decepcionaron varias cosas de el.Dice tener una habitacion con cuarto de baño y en realidad lo que tienen es algo parecido a un armario empotrado con una ducha, la cocina esta desfasada es muy muy muy antigua y bastante descuidada, el cuarto de baño tiene una bañera antigua que han querido aprovechar pintandola (no se atreve uno a bañarse en ella, incluso nos bañamos con las chanclas puestas por si acaso). En definitiva necesita una reforma urgentemente en cocina y cuarto de baño.Las vistas y la ubicacion del apartamento fue lo unico que no nos defraudo.Si no efectuan esas reformas por descontado que no volveremos ni recomendaremos a nadie.
