Fantastic

We had a brilliant stay at Maria's apartment in August. There were 2 adults, a 16 and 12 year old and the space was perfect...inside and out. The swimming pool was well used in 33oc heat! It was lovely to have it all to ourselves and we could use it anytime. The outside shower was useful. The apartment was well equipped....the dishwasher and washing machine were handy!) The neighbourhood is quiet (you can hear the church bells - they were lovely and the train in town. Listen out for the peacock! but none these disturb you). It is a 10/15 min walk to town which is a quaint, traditional spanish town. It comes alive at night but not in a tourist way, just locals going out for dinner. We didn't eat in town but there are plenty of restaurants. Do go to the bakery on the corner...delicious products and get an icecream from one of the parlours! The beach is next to the town...and has a public toilet..very useful. The train is also in town . We took the train to Barcelona on one day. It takes an hour and is very cheap (compared to the UK!). The apartment is on a little hill (and has steps to the inside) and if you have a car, you park at the bottom so it may not suit people with poor mobility. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. Maria's communications was 5* and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay here again and explore north of Sant Pol De Mar.

Een heerlijke vakantie!

De laatste 2 weken van juli hebben wij (gezin met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen 13, 10 en 10 jaar) gebruik gemaakt van dit erg fijne appartement. Wij werden verrast door het grote en fijne (zoutwater)zwembad waar de kinderen volop gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Het appartement is ruim, goed uitgerust en ligt in een mooie veilige buurt. De in de advertentie aangegeven airco is helaas niet aanwezig. Voor ons was dit geen probleem, er zijn voldoende ventilatoren. Het appartement bevindt zich op loopafstand van Sant Pol de Mar dorp, strand en station. Een gezellig oud dorpje. Met de trein maak je gemakkelijk uitstapjes naar bijvoorbeeld Barcelona of Gerona. Maria is een erge goede gastvrouw die 24/7 voor je klaarstaat. Wij hebbe genoten van ons verblijf. Dit appartement is een echte aanrader!

Belle maison, idéalement située, avec tout le confort pour passer un agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce rez-de-chaussée de maison situé dans un quartier résidentiel de qualité. Espace confortable, entièrement équipé. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable. Piscine au top sur terrasse en bois. Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Propriétaire disponible, réactive et agréable. Gracias Pilar !

Espectacular

Hemos estado 15 días alojados en casa de Pilar, y la verdad que han sido maravillosos, la casa dispone de todas las comodidades para pasar unos dias en familia descansando y disfrutando de Sant Pol. La piscina es espectacular y la calma que se respira en la zona son ideales para desconectar. Muy recomendable. Gracias Pilar.

Es un apartamento para descansar , disfrutar de las comodidades del apartamento, piscina etc. no para recibir personas e invitar fuera de las normas escritas para la estancia en la vivienda. tenia una reserva y quería ampliar su estancia y no era posible porque había otra reserva y limpieza con anterioridad. si todo era tan regular me pregunto porque quería ampliar su estancia . NO ES PARA NOSOTROS UNA BUENA RESERVA
