5-star comfort with a view!

From our first phone call with Frederique to our departure, she was attentive to all our needs. Villa Casa Luce and the village of Tiuccia are great for vacationers seeking tranquillity comfort, yet not being too far from various tourist sites, spectacular beaches that aren't packed, and OMG,Les Calanques!!! Breathtaking and but an hour drive away approx. Merci Frederique!!

Une vue agreable sur la baie, une maison tres belle , bien desservie et tres fonctionnelle pour de bonnes vacances. Perfekte Ferien im Herbst

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Hanglage mit Blick auf den Golf von Liscia. Es verfügt über viel Platz, einen gehobenen Ausbaustandard und ist umfassend ausgerüstet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen laden zum Verweilen ein und bieten auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist grosszügig und beheizt, was gerade im Herbst von Vorteil sein kann. Von Tiuccia aus lassen sich innerhalb einer halben Stunde Autofahrt verschiedene schöne Strände erreichen, die viel Abwechslung bieten. Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei perfekte Ferienwochen verbracht!

Amazing views, comfortable and well appointed house

We loved our stay at Casa Luce! Beautifully located, easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was as pictured, very functional and more spacious then we expected, plenty of room and privacy for 3 couples with 4 little kids. The heated pool and extra large terraces - great place for eating meals and spending afternoons. Tiuccia is a small quiet town, but only few minutes drive are other towns and beaches worth visiting. Melanie was gracious and very helpful with our questions. Thank you!

séjour et appartement parfaits

la villa est en effet superbe et nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. La localisation à Tiuccia est très bien la ville (Ajaccio) n'est pas loin et les calanches non plus. Puis la période de notre séjour permet de profiter un peu plus de l'environnement car il y a juste les touristes qu'il faut pour se sentir en vacances. Bref très heureux d'avoir fait connaissance de la Corse.

Grosszüges modernes Haus in herrlicher Lage

Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus zu sechst gemietet, und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist modern und funktionell ausgestattet, die verschiedenen in Stufen angelegten Terrassen mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer bieten viel Platz und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeit. Der Strand unterhalb des Hauses ist eher schmal und steinig, aber in 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto an zwei herrlich grossen Sandstränden.

Villa d'architecte fort bien conçue, avec piscine à débordement, climatisation et un nécessaire très complet y compris une alimentation de dépannage à l'arrivée. Vue merveilleuse, proximité des plages, des commerces et des restaurants. Accueil de Mélanie tout aussi inoubliable. Le tout fait partie de l'élite dans ce genre de location. Absolument fabuleux !

Cette maison est le paradis sur terre. La vue est extraordinaire. La maison dégage une énergie positive qui procure sérénité et quiétude. Elle est très confortable et vous y trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La déco est de très bon goût. Un grand merci à Frédérique LUTZ pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse avant le séjour. Un grand merci également à Mélanie pour le service durant le séjour. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête, des images plein les yeux et l'envie de revenir très vite.

À choisir en toute confiance

Une location agréable et bien aménagée. Le cadre est évidemment superbe et l'accueil de Mélanie (agence alloghju) est très sympathique. Pour une grande famille (5 adultes et 3 enfants de 10, 8 et 4 ans), la répartition des chambres est idéale. Ne pas avoir à se préoccuper du linge de maison (draps, torchons, serviettes) et un plus dont nous avons été ravis de bénéficier. Notons en outre que les placards regorgent de biens de première nécessité : nous aurions pu arriver sans avoir fait de courses et pourtant nous aurions fait un repas sans problème ! La situation dans le golfe de liscia permet de découvrir les environs depuis la réserve de Scandola jusqu'à Priopriano avec des sites majeurs comme la calanches de Piana ou encore Filitosa ... Enfin, la piscine est incontournable notamment pour les enfants car la baignade peut vite s'avérer dangereuse en mer dans ce secteur dès qu'il y a un peu de houle.
