Opéra 8 - Lovely fully equipped studio - Opéra

Situated in one of the liveliest and most central area in Lyon, at the heart of Lyon's Presqu'île, you will relax and enjoy your stay in this 26 m² apartment situated at the heart of a historic building right next to the Opera.

On the first floor without elevator, you will enjoy a comfortable 160X200 queen size bed with its HD TV, and also a nice fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a 3 persons dining table. You will find a great bathroom as well, with a shower and toilets.

WIFI available, sheets and towels are included.

You will find convenience products at your disposal (pasta, rice, spice, coffee, tea...), and a Traveller's Guide containing useful information for your stay (WIFI code, notices, nice restaurants around...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to a connected lock. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
