Villa Tulum is an impressive holiday home with a privileged location in a tranquil area, a short distance from the golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and just 2.5km from the most beautiful beaches in the region. This wonderful property with a private pool, surrounded by gardens and beautiful countryside views, is the ideal place to spend a family holiday.



The house has 4 bedrooms and benefits from Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in all units. Three double rooms with private bathrooms are located on the first floor, with balconies offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. The last twin room with a private bathroom is on the ground floor, along with an additional guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare meals, and a bright and spacious living/dining room with comfortable seating, television and direct access to the stunning terrace overlooking the pool.



In the outdoor area, you can enjoy meals or drinks with a view of the large private pool and beautiful gardens, with an impressive traditional Algarvian barbecue available for outdoor meal preparation. There are many sun loungers to enjoy the sun between refreshing pool dips.



Villa Tulum is ideal for couples and families and is just a few minutes by car from a variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, some of the best golf courses in the region and the beautiful beaches of Vale do Lobo and Praia do Ancão, to name a few.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

The 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Breakage Deposit: €400 (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival). Groups not allowed.
