Located in the tourist village of Les Vignes, between La Malène and Le Rozier, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Tarn, you’ll enjoy a spacious 190 m² stone house with a living area opening onto a terrace and a garden offering a lovely view of the gorges.

We welcome you to a functional, standalone house—ideal for holidays with family or friends, for hikers, anglers, and anyone curious to explore the Lozère region, which offers outdoor activities for all ages (sports activities: hiking, canoeing, paddleboarding, fishing, swimming, golf, and cultural activities: tours of caves listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the vulture sanctuary, and numerous villages typical of the region…).

The ground floor features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both opening onto the terrace, 1 bedroom, a shower room, and a toilet; and upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet.

⁃ Bedroom 3, 11 m²: 1 bed (140x200), adjoining the bathroom
⁃ Bedroom 4 (35 m²): 1 bed (160x200) and 1 sofa bed, with a large walk-in closet that can be used for Bedroom 3. Adjacent to the bathroom.
⁃ Bathroom: showers, sink, ample storage, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

A small path leads directly to the lake and dock, where you can rent canoes, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards… For hiking enthusiasts, the hiking trail that runs along the Tarn Gorges passes right above the house
