Great stay in Orient Bay

We had a great stay in St Martin. The apartment was large, the furnishings comfortable, and location was perfect. We appreciated the good size refrigerator to keep some food and beverages on hand. I always look for a unit with a washer and this one worked well-plus, host had a great drying rack that held plenty items. Host was great to work with through entire process. Would stay here again.

Good location

This is a lovely apartment on second floor in the residential area - two bedrooms and a huge balcony all around. A family with two small kids live downstairs. Lovely family! We had everything necessary to cook breakfast or an occasional dinner. Lots of restaurants are nearby and a beautiful beach. There are various stores in the village to buy produce and wine. Francois, the owner, was very nice! Our flight was delayed and we were worried that we would have to spend the New Year eve in the hotel somewhere, but Francois assured us that we could stay longer. all tune out to be ok, but it was a very kind gesture! My only request would be to install shower curtains to avoid wet floor and the usual towel hangers. A fresh coat of paint would make it a paradise! Definitely would stay there again! Take a bug spray with you for noseeums if there are in season! :)
