The holiday house "Feuerstein" is ideal for vacationers who would like to live generously, several or large families, possibly together with their grandparents UNDER ONE ROOF.

The right half of the house "Feuerstein" offers enough space for relaxing holidays with a living space of 128 sqm distributed on two floors, a furnished terrace and a south-facing garden with an unobstructed view of the lagoon.

With a fiber optic connection and 50 Mbit / s, you are right at the forefront on Rügen! If your children come with us, we can also slow down the speed :-)

Particular emphasis was placed on the spaciousness of the rooms and the tasteful, high-quality furnishings.

On the ground floor there is the very spacious living and dining room with a large oak dining table for 8 people. The living area provides a modern sitting area and an armchair as well as a fireplace for comfort. An LCD TV, a Blu-Ray / DVD player with extensive DVD collection and a SONOS home cinema system ensure good entertainment after an eventful day of vacation. The SONOS system consists of a SONOS Beam, two SONOS ONE as a surround set and a subwoofer for more intense bass. A well-stocked collection of books and games means that you won't be bored even in bad weather.

The harmoniously integrated kitchen unit, integrated into the living area, has a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-zone induction hob, a fridge / freezer combination, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, waffle iron and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment.

One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and is furnished with a double bed (160cm x 200cm).
The modern shower room with flat shower tray (1.00mx1.00m) and toilet is also on the ground floor.

All doors on the ground floor have a passage width of approx. 95 cm, which underlines the spacious character of the house. Tall people will appreciate the door clearance of 210 cm and the extra-long double bed in one of the upper bedrooms.

There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor with designer flooring. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 180cm wide double bed (one of them with 220 cm extra length) and a flat screen TV. And if there is an urgent need for office work on vacation, this can be done in one of these bedrooms at the desk with seating and a separate LAN connection. The third bedroom has a corner bunk bed with two single beds size 90x200cm and a smaller desk with seating.
There is enough space for your wardrobe in all bedrooms.

The spacious bathroom has a shower with a flat shower tray (1.00mx1.00m), a bathtub and the in-house sauna. A spacious washing area with toilet and bidet as well as a hair dryer are also included.

The entire non-smoking house is equipped with underfloor heating. A free WiFi connection is available for guests. With speeds of 50 Mbit / s, we are right at the forefront in terms of Rügen! There are no additional costs for telephone connections to the German fixed network.

In the utility room, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available for free use.

There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. You can store your bikes in a lockable bike shed!

This holiday home is suitable for 1-8 people.

Firewood is not included in the price and should be procured yourself. (There are portable quantities at the discounters)

The max. 16 beds are only valid if the neighboring “Findling” holiday home is also rented. Talk to us about it.
