AROUND THE HOUSE
The beach house at Höft is a thatched-roof semi-detached home measuring approximately 124 square metres, spread over three floors. It is situated on an unfenced lot of approximately 3,000 square metres with direct access to the water and a private sandy beach right outside the front door.

GROUND FLOOR
From the entryway, a glass door leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the cosy living, kitchen, and dining areas. From there, you can step out into the garden with its south-facing terrace and a view of the Zickersche Berge UNESCO Nature Reserve. The open-concept living area is furnished with a high-quality leather sofa. The wood-burning stove radiates cosy warmth, especially after long walks during the colder months.

A large, swivel-mounted TV can be viewed from the dining area and kitchen as well as directly from the sofa. Additionally, a DVD player, a stereo system, a selection of books, and games are available. Spend time together at the large dining table or cook in the fully equipped open kitchen, which features a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, and a filter coffee maker. The bedroom, which overlooks the Bodden, features two single beds and a TV. The separate shower room is located across from the bedroom. There is a small storage room under the stairs.

UPPER FLOOR
On the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, two sinks, and a separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. The upper bathroom also features a spacious sauna, which turns every stay into a wellness holiday.

Upon request, we can provide you with a sauna package—consisting of a sauna towel and a dressing gown—for a fee of 15.00 EUR per person.

OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor area has been lovingly designed and is surrounded by a Frisian wall with wild roses. Relax in the garden or on the two terraces, which are equipped with patio furniture and your own beach chair. There is parking for two vehicles on the property, and there is also a place to store your bicycles.

The private access to the Bodden is about 100 m from the house and can be reached via a set of stairs. Here you can relax in your own beach chair. The spacious property offers guests of all ages the opportunity to enjoy many activities right from the house. The Bodden is a quiet bay of the Baltic Sea and is therefore ideal for safe splashing around as well as for various water sports. A beach chair and two sun loungers are also available by the water, depending on the weather, from around May through early October. A staircase leads directly to the water. The property is NOT fenced in!
