Lovely house

Fabulous view, comfortable beds, easy access to town. Perfect for families with older kids and adults as has plenty of space for privacy as well as room to hang out together.

The house amenities were amazing. The views from the deck were magnificent, morning and night. Soooooo relaxing. The best part was how First Island Reality handled a small issue we had. If I had a house in Hawaii they would mange it!

Awesome location!

Spectacular Property

Our family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved the outdoor eating areas, the pool, and the shoreline access. Highly recommended.

The house is in a great location. The view down the coast is outstanding and we spent most of our time on the lanai just looking out at it. Also did some snorkeling out in front of the house, and watching the surfers in the distance. The pool was used quite a bit as well by the younger members of our party.On the downside, I would say the kitchen was lacking somewhat. I think more equipment ( pots and pans, casserole dishes, cooking tools) is needed, especially if you are a large group. And the house can handle a large group. But on the whole, it's a great stay in a fabulous location.

Plenty of room with a great view

This house was great for our family of five adults. We had plenty of room to spread out when we wanted space but the communal areas were setup for the times we wanted to be together. The view was spectacular and we appreciated that the location wasn't far from a variety of local restaurants.

Wonderful stay on Big Island

We had a great time at this property! It was stocked with beach equipment that was very useful for us. The space was perfect for my husband and I with 6 kids. The house was a good location, we were able to walk to a few places including a little convenience store and a local market for trinkets and shaved ice.

Amazing property

This was the perfect property for our family Christmas vacation. The house is stunning with jaw dropping ocean views. Inside the house is large and spacious with 2 rooms in the main house and 2 additional rooms just off the patio BBQ area. This property really has everything you need to make your next vacation just as fantastic as ours.

Great spot on the water.

House was as advertised. Had everything you needed, even some pantry items. Great location to explore Kona from. Plenty of toys in the garage. Nice quiet neighborhood, just leave the windows open and listen to the waves day and night.

50th Anniversary

It was our 50th, so we took our Son, Daughter in Law and granddaughter. I knew they would love the pool and the beautiful ocean view. It was such a peaceful experience to have our dinners on the outdoor patio listening to the surf and watching the surfers each morning while we had breakfast. We've been to the islands several times, but the Big Island was new to us.

Just what we were looking for

This house was a perfect fit for all our needs. My wife and I along with our two adult sons and their girlfriends all instantly felt at home. The layout with all its patios and balconies and the pool overlooking the ocean was fabulous. The locations was excellent too, right on the sea and close enough to town and with an open air market across the street. The garage was well stocked with beach toys and bikes and Rick, the property manager was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly come again

Phenomenal Kona Home

We instantly fell in love with the spaciousness and view! The host provided a great supply (in quality and quantity) of everything a traveler may need on a trip. We were a party of 8 and appreciated the large quantity of dinnerware, flatware, cookware, pool toys, seating and dining areas, and bath and pool towels. The host was happy to provide additional supplies upon request. The gated community is quiet and safe. If you walk down to the end of the cul-de-sac at sunset, you're in for a gorgeous view. Highly recommend this property!

Everything was beautiful… decor…amenities… the only thing disappointing was the bedrooms were nit described correctly …. The 3rd bedroom was outside the main house with NO BATHROOM. AND THE 4th bedroom was outside the main house which made it difficult to use either of those bedrooms for children. Other than the bedroom situation everything was perfect

The View was Amazing!

Our family had a wonderful celebration together! Property listing & pictures depicting the home as Luxurious might have been accurate years ago, but is now in need of upgrading both inside & outside. The managing company has a fairly accurate list of items that truly need attention. To their credit, they also responded quickly to a few areas that needed immediate attention. We have stayed in many rental properties & was very surprised at the "lack of Luxurious" right down to the lack of newer towels, exterior lounge chairs, furniture upholstery. along with the Welcome gift of just a small can of macadamia nuts was a huge tell that this once Luxurious property is in much need of TLC. But, again the View was truly amazing & we made some awesome memories for a lifetime there!

Dirt on arrival, outdated but spectacular view

Arrived and place was unacceptably dirty especially on the outside. Pool very dirty, outside furniture unable to use due to bird droppings and dirt. Used hair bands at side of pool. Empty McDonalds lying pool side. Old shoe lying outside also. Towels bleached stained. Mild and dampness smell from washing machine. Pillows and mattress stained with no pillow protectors or mattress protectors used. Windows and window runners black with dirt. Spiral staircase black with dirt and hair. Ants throughout the internal of the property. Downstairs dark, old and in desperate need of refurbishment. Outside 2 bedrooms unable to due to lack of security especially for the children which resulted in kids sleeping on couch in main house. Broken toaster. Just overall disappointing given cost however spectacular view. Needs ripped out and refurbishment throughout, sorry.

Perfect big island experience!

The views are priceless, and we loved all the outdoor seating. The pool was great for watching surfers in the evening, and sunsets can be caught at an empty lot a few doors down. As expected at any beach house, there is a bit of dampness/wear and tear downstairs (master bedroom). It was still perfect to us and could suit a multi-adult vacay due to arrangement of 3 bedrooms, essentially separate from others.

Memorable family time!!

This house is gorgeous right on the water, breakfast every morning was just superb with the view. Just wished there was extra one more bathroom in the courtyard bedroom. Very private gated community. House was filled with every little items so no need to worry if you forgot something. Town is just 5min drive. Would definitely come back again and recommend this house to all friends and family!!
