A third queen bedroom, the family room, and a full bathroom are on the lower level, which opens directly to the dock and river. A temperature-controlled sunroom sits between the living areas and the outdoors, comfortable in every season.

The main level is open and easy to move around. The living area has comfortable seating and a smart TV, with a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cooking basics, and everything needed for a full group meal.
