This property was okay. I never write reviews but I feel like this place could be fixed up pretty easily and like it’s a complete bachelor pad, not very family friendly. I felt like the pictures made it seem like it would be nicer than it actually was. Pro’s: there only about 8 sets of chairs set up in front of the condo building, so plenty of quiet space when you’re on the beach. Decently equipped kitchen and even had dog bowls set up. Con’s: very poorly marked which unit is what and the other people checking in at the same time were confused as well. Try numbering them 101, 102, 201, 202, etc. Wasted space layout overall in condo No dressers in the bedrooms, poor quality crappy college dorm type of furniture when the sign out front says they’re “upscale apartments”. Lack of proper lighting in the whole condo and what was there were cheap lights bought at Walmart 15 years ago and starting to rust. No elevator in the building. Wouldn’t have been as much of a con if the staircase wasn’t so narrow. Plenty of parking space but it’s a dusty, sandy lot that smells like dog piss from all the renters’ dog going pee. Needs a spot with grass for dogs and then at least gravel the driveway if you don’t want to pave it all. Super nice grilling and sitting area outside but we felt like it was wasted money. We never want to sit outside in a communal area on vacation. Overall, a decent place to stay but probably won’t be back unless some changes are made.
