Beautiful sea view villa with private pool and direct access to the beach

Facing the sea, away from mass tourism while staying close to everything, this villa is ideal for complete relaxation under the tropical sun.
The large covered terrace is the meeting point of this villa. It has a large dining table and comfortable seating area where you can admire the sea view.
The kitchen is fully equipped right down to the small details that will delight those who wish to cook as well as those who want to completely relax and enjoy the catering services. An american fridge, a stove, a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment is present.
A library contains several novels and guides on the flora, fauna, coral fish, as well as travel guides with essential recommendations on those places that only insiders know to make your life easier during your stay.
The villa is comfortable with its 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with its own bathroom. For those who want to enjoy the coolness of the night without air conditioning, the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters.
The living room is also air conditioned with a dining area but it is a safe bet that you will take all of your meals on the terrace while the gentle breeze brings you the sound of the sea.
The sweetness and purity of the air will caress you ... you will relax ... you're in paradise ... on earth. Admire the beautiful view and you will notice the island of La Désirade, Anse Tarare and also the reef that runs from the Anse Tarare Beach right to the front of the villa. You can enjoy it throughout your holidays. Whether you use the deckchairs in the sun or relax in the shade, the private salt pool will be refreshing. If you are cold sensitive, keep the solar cover on until it is warm to your liking.
The beautiful beach of Anse à la Gourde is only a few minutes of walking distance by a trail right in front of the residence. A reef barrier protects the beach and it is easily accessible for marine wildlife lovers.

Nous avons passé huit jours dans une villa confortable, avec une vue Magnifique, notre hotesse Maggy au petit soin, nous avait laissé de" bonnes choses" dans le frigo; je cherche ce qui cloche......manque une table pour l'apéro sur la pelouse, et un porte bagage dans les chambres. La villa est située dans un environnement très calme face à l’ocean. La terrasse est très agréable et permet de profiter de la vue, du soleil et de très bons moments en famille ou entre amis. Elle est très bien équipée et propre. Un seul gros bémol sur 10 jours nous avons subi 4 jours de coupure d’eau. C’est un problème récurrent sur l’Ile et c’est assez dérangeant Je conseille cette location sans problème

Villa Soleil is a beautiful house with breathtaking views overlooking the sea. A well furnished home, with everything one my needs for a great stay. The owners made sure the house was welcoming, functional and well equipped. From having our first “Ti punch”, to where to shop, to the traiteur who made our meals and delivered them; everything was well thought. Séjour MAGNIFIQUE !!!!

Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour dans cette maison avec une vue IMPRENABLE, vous pouvez vous fier aux photos sans aucun soucis. Tout est simplement parfait, il ne manque rien il y a tout , même des serviettes de plage, un GPS, de la documentation tout tout tout. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Maguy. Ce fut un réel plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur l'océan c'est magique. N'hésitez surtout pas à louer cette maison. Merci Monique pour votre maison, dès que nous le pourrons nous reviendrons !!!! A bientôt.

Nous avons apprécié tous les aspects offerts par la villa Soleil de l'accueil au départ. Tous les requis pour passer un agréable séjour ont été pensés en fonction de ne rien laisser au hasard et ainsi nous permettre de jouir de vacances extraordinaires. Le confort dont on dispose est digne d'un hotel cinq étoiles et plus. Le wi-fi est de haute qualité. L'île est un trésor pour tout voyageur. Bref, à refaire! Merci à Maggy (accueil) et Rudy (jardinier) pour leur cordialité!

Maison très agréable, très bien disposée (terrasse à l'ombre toute la journée et ombre suffisante pour la sieste dans le jardin). L'équipement et les ustensiles en nombre et en excellent état. Vue magnifique. Piscine très agréable. En effet à 2 pas de la plage sauvage de l'anse à la gourde. Très bon accueil et nombreux conseils pour passer un super séjour....encore merci
