Spacious ground floor condo, with 1100 well furnished square feet, features leather living room furniture, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, and full-size washer/dryer in unit. The unit is tucked out of the way for a peaceful stay, with no one on either side of you, and a private entrance. (See additional amenities list below)
Complimentary beach kit is also provided with umbrellas, chairs, cooler, beach toys, and bikes!

LOCATION:
Bay Oaks is located just 1/2 mile to the famous MTV “Siesta Key” Crescent Beach, and 4 blocks (approx 1 mile) to the main Siesta Key Beach, voted #1 in the country four times! The FREE Trolley will pick you up right out front and drop you off at the beaches as well.

Bay Oaks is on the bay side (intercoastal). It has its own fishing pier, or a place to sit out and just watch the boats go by. It has BBQ area, picnic tables, Tennis courts, heated pool, club house with pool table, and park-like grounds.

Just down the road (1/2 mile) you will find boat, jet ski, and bicycle rentals, Excellent restaurants, stores and entertainment in Siesta key Village.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was clean and very convenient spot to everything.

It was an easy entry, parking was great and this location was on the first floor with the pool right in front so convenient. There was everything in the place from beach towels, chairs, umbrella, WiFi and Netflix. TV in all the rooms. It was so clean and spacious for our family with 2 bathrooms. The beach was very close 😊WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THANK YOU!

Great stay

We spent 5 days here and it was very pleasant - it was a convenient location, a 3 minute drive to siesta beach and even closer to crescent beach. Kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable, the pool is right outside the back door but it was quiet. Only complaint is it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the shower, dirt and debris on the floors, old food where the trash can is. I ended up just cleaning a lot myself.

Great September stay

Perfect property. Communication with owners was excellent. Property was spotless. Grocery store just over the bridge. Restaurants everywhere. We spent 3 days down on Turtle Beach which is quieter than Siesta. The condo had many beach chairs, beach bags, beach umbrellas and noodles. Parking was tight but shaded which was a plus. It was a place that we will return to again!

Christmas stay

The location was great. It was an easy walk to Crescent Beach and lots of good restaurants. The pier at the complex was great to go look for dolphins, pelicans, and osprey or to sit and have your morning coffee. The unit providing beach chairs and some other items for fun at the beach. They also provided fishing poles, but both were broken. This was unfortunate as my husband was looking forward to fishing off the pier. We did find plenty of other things to do and enjoyed out stay. Pickle ball was fun and enjoyed sitting by the pool for a bit too.

Nice Location and Good Value

Overall a great unit to rent. While not near the village, the trolley stop is right outside the complex and we were able to walk to Cresant Beach and the market/Captain Curts. Plenty of beach equipment - including a wagon which was super helpful. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had updated appliances, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Note that there wasn't sandwich baggies or foil. Made things harder for us since we got in late before Easter and the local market and Publix were all closed on Easter. While the washer and dryer were convenient to have, detergent is not provided.

The location was close to the beach and the village. The unit is slightly dated but met our needs. The only issues: kitchen was not cleaned properly. The dishwasher still had dishes from previous renter. The dryer had a full load of bath towels, which needed to be folded. These issues were minor and would consider staying here again.

The location was wonderful....a quiet, private setting close to everything. Our hosts were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Very close to pool

Nice first floor condo with lanai. Great shower head in remodeled bathroom and very comfortable King bed. Floors and living room carpet could use a deep cleaning. Convenient and only short drive to either end of the island if you don’t want to use the trolley. Was a little disappointed 1 of the bikes had a flat tire but the manager was willing to overnight an inter tube. Good place for a family.

Hi, and welcome to our home away from home at Bay Oaks, located on beautiful Siesta Key!
We are from Boston, Mass. and discovered Siesta Key a few years ago and absolutely loved it. So much that we bought a condo there. Since, we have sold it and upgraded to a bigger unit in the hopes of being snow birds some day!
In the meantime, we would love for families and friends to enjoy our home like it's your own while on vacation!

Why they chose this property

We think Bay Oaks is the perfect location for numerous reasons. It's walking distance to Beach Access 12 (Crescent Beach/Stickney Point) - about an 8-10 minute walk. Located at Stickney Point is numerous restaurants/bars/market/Post Office/drug store, etcetera).

It is located on one of the free Trolley stops on the Key, which makes it very convenient to get to the beach and avoid parking, or take to the market, or down to the "Village" for dining/entertainment/shopping.

The location of this unit is perfect for families because of the location to the pool. Parking spot is also located very easily accessible to unit (steps from lanai).
Ground level is perfect as well, with no stairs to unit. There is no one on either side of unit so private entrance/location.

In addition, Bay Oaks is a perfect mix of family-friendly/couples/older adults, with beautiful, well-cared for grounds.
