SHORT STAYS! Updated 2 bedroom with GOLF VIEWS, West Beach Kiawah Island

Located inside the idyllic Kiawah Island Resort and overlooking the 16th hole of the Cougar Point Golf Course, this fully renovated 2 bedroom villa is situated in the heart of West Beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.

This cozy, renovated villa is appointed with upscale furnishings and a modern, coastal vibe. The main living space has an open-concept feel throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. The sitting area features a large flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and comfortable furnishings to relax after a long beach day. (The sofa does pull out into a queen-sized sleeper for additional guests.) Please note the TVs only have basic cable and streaming capabilities.

The contemporary kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The dining area seats 6 guests, and there are 3 stools at the kitchen bar for additional patrons. The outdoor patio deck can be accessed from the main living room, and is a popular spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, watch the golfers play by, or take in the beautiful nature views that Kiawah has to offer.

The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) features a King size bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) contains two twin beds, TV, and also has a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Enjoy a quick walk or bike ride over to the beach, or enjoy a short stroll over to the newly renovated Cougar Point Clubhouse, Player's Pub restaurant, the West Beach Tennis Center, and the West Beach Conference Center. For some real adventure, take the island bike paths over to Freshfields Village or Bohicket Marina for wonderful shopping and dining or ride over to Captain Sam's Spit to watch the dolphins frolic in the water!

We loved this stay! Not only is Kiawah a fabulous destination for a relaxing vacation, the golf course view from this condo is beautiful! We found this unit to be the most well appointed and cleanest unit we have ever rented on VRBO. We also were thrilled with the responsiveness of the property management group when we had questions. My only issue was that I don’t fully understand induction cooktops and would have benefitted from a how to use guide. I definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. Having a golf view with biking paths wrapped around the golf course made it extra special. We didn’t realize how the ease of sitting on our balcony, watching our kids ride bikes right in front of us would be so ideal. Biking to the beach was a simple 1 to 2 minute bike ride. The house was updated, clean and felt nice being there. Our first stay at Kiawah was at the Sanctuary, but we all agreed that this stay was the best. We are so excited to go back. 😀

Cute Stylish condo

Great condo and cute decorum. It had a well stocked kitchen and Kitchen felt newly renovated. Also good location with close bike ride to the beach. Condo was quiet and enjoyed second story location. Only small issue was cleanliness upon checkin. With the covid policies and late check In and early check out I expected the condo to be spotless. But the floor was still sandy and the touch points in then kitchen were dirty (fridge handle, oven handle, dishwasher handle etc). I also felt that a bigger supply of dishwasher soap and paper towels etc would aid us in keeping the condo cleaner during our stay. Netflix access would be helpful for living room tv. Otherwise it was a great place and great location.

Palmetto Bugs

Left one day early . We had I think palmetto bugs crawling on my son in the middle of The night which woke him up . Large black bugs . I called the facility to let them know we would be Leaving that day . I would suggest and see if the place was sprayed prior to arrival. I was told quarterly and i asked if they could spray before another family came there . Just a bad experience for us . So we left .
