Very comfortable house with a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a good shower and separate toilet room, and fully fenced yard for our dogs. Walking distance to the beach, a park across the street, and a short walk to Mimizan Plage for stores and restaurants. Mimizan is a short drive for more stores and restaurants that are open year-round. The wifi/internet fast and I had no trouble connecting to Zoom for meetings. The hosts met us at the property to show us how everything worked.

Séjour en famille,dans une grande maison,avant Noel.Vaste séjour avec cheminée et vue sur le port, autour duquel s'articule la vie. Grandes chambres avec placards,cuisine très bien équipée,salle à manger et sa grande table conviviale.Chacun a trouvé son espace,et nous avons pu oublier les caprices de la météo.Accueil chaleureux de Bernadette,et d'Eric en amont.

Wunderbar

Das Haus ist tatsächlich noch geräumiger als es auf den Fotos aussieht, so dass wir mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden genug Freiräume hatten. Obwohl das Haus direkt an dem kleinen Hafen liegt, ist die große Terrasse sichtgeschützt - auch das fanden wir wunderbar. Ansonsten ist alles so wie beschrieben und wir hatten daher einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr Erholsam

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Mimizan Plage. Das Haus war mit 5 Personen und einem Hund perfekt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass sich der Hund frei bewegen kann.In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand oder die Stadt. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und mit dem Googleübersetzer klappt die Kommunikation auch ohne Französischkenntnisse reibungslos.

Très bel acceuil par des propriétaires adorables!Maison très agréable, bien agencée qui favorise les liens et les echanges ( grande tablée interieure et exterieure) ainsi que les temps calmes ( salon et chambres spacieuses). La maison est très bien placée. Il nous tarde d' y revenir

Gute Lage und angenehme Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Hafen und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand bzw.. der belebten Innenstadt entfernt. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, die Wohnung bietet für 5 Personen viel Platz. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten mit Grillplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

The property is in an excellent location with good views over the estuary. Perfect for the beach, eating out and exploring on cycle paths. Small kitchen but well equipped and 3 double bedrooms, great for friends and older families. Good communication from owner and security deposit quickly returned. Recommended property for Mimizan.

Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit très agréable . La maison est très propre et très bien agencée pour 6 personnes voire plus . Je recommande vivement cette location .
