The seaside town of Mimizan-range (known for its immense sandy beaches) is accessible by the cycle track passing nearby or 10 minutes by car to enjoy the pleasures of the ocean (swimming, surfing, body surfing) . The practice windsurfing or sailing, fishing, canoeing or pedal boating are possible on Lake 3km. The city of Mimizan Bourg is located 2kms, you will find all the shops and a market on Friday morning. In addition you can attend many events (Landaise race, concerts, activities for children ...) or just enjoy the serenity of the place and walk in the forest.

The right side of the house has 2 bedrooms (1 with1 bedroom bed 140 + 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90), kitchen (gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator), living room (TV + DVD), bathroom, separate wc , many arrangements.
