This stand-alone home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 with two king beds and two bunk beds. It features vaulted ceilings and a second story deck with seating, and beautiful mountain views. The lower level den has a walk-out patio with access to the brand new private hot tub and greenspace. There is a private laundry. Equal distance between Lakeside Village and River Run Village. The Keystone lifts are within walking distance, or a 5 minute drive away.

With beautiful decor and wood throughout, you have the feel of a mountain home. The entryway has a closet and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the living room. It features a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround, ample seating, and a flat screen TV. Large windows allow for natural light to stream in and the french doors lead out to the private deck. On the deck you're treated to a seating area, and panoramic mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with some new cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for four.The dining area seats six. The main floor guest bathroom is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private laundry room is also on the main floor. It features a new full-sized washer and dryer. For your convenience, laundry soap is provided.

The spacious primary bedroom is downstairs, with private access to the patio and hot tub. It features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile surround and a bench.

Also on the lower level are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom on this level has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 3 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.
