Fantastic open floor plan with nice separation of space on 2 levels, spectacular natural light and en-suite baths - at night enjoy nestling in front of the new gas fireplace! Convenient location. Walk outside to the lake, restaurants, shops, and Keystone Convention Center.

This updated condo with wood floors and beautifully decorated interior will make you feel right at home. The remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops and along with a breakfast bar equipped with 3 stools. In the dining room you'll find the lovely wood and tile dining table that seats up to 6 people. Perfect for cooking and entertaining for your family and friends. The living room features a gas fireplace, the plush & comfortable sofa which also pulls out to a double sized sleeper. The oversized chair pulls out to a twin bed. Walk out onto your deck and you are right there on the beautiful lake, you can even feed the ducks from the deck! Upstairs, the master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed & an ensuite bathroom featuring a private shower room and vanity area leading out into the bedroom. Wake up to a view in this cozy master, which faces the lake. The second bedroom features a Queen size bunk bed setup with an ensuite bathroom similar to the master bath setup.

Lakeshore is an amenity-rich community. At the Lakeside clubhouse you'll have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna and community patio area . On the patio, you'll find a grill and plenty of space to sit and relax outside. Lakeside Village features a spa, a variety of restaurants, shops and the Adventure Center. In the Adventure Center, you can rent out paddle boats, boards or bicycles during the summer. During the winter, there is ice skating and a hockey rink. We do provide in winter various sizes of ice skates and summer 2 kid scooter’s to borrow. Lakeshore is across the street from the conference center & tennis complex and the free shuttle system in Keystone will take you anywhere within the resort.

The location and condo were great. The view of the lake was amazing, and we would definitely go back! They had a nice box of toys for the kids, and were very responsive and helpful when we reached out. Thanks for a great trip!

Lovely Lakeside Condo

Perfect location, clean, well-appointed and we had everything we needed. Loved walking out to the lakeside for morning and evening strolls, and it was also fun feeding the ducks and geese!

We love staying at places like this, close to a shuttle stop with a ski locker. Makes it easy to get to/from the action.

Awesome condo

Our stay was cut short due to a plumber cutting the wrong water line in the attic of a neighboring condo, and we had to move out. The owners of the condo were so accommodating, coming by to assess the issue and making everything as right as they could. This was not their fault this happened, but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful!

Perfect family condo

We had a blast hanging out at the condo after skiing all day. The kids still had energy and were able to go skating followed by the hot tub/ pool. Everyone had something to do. We really appreciated the toys and skates that were available to use. We hope to be back next year!

Conference Center Access

We stay at this condo every year for a conference. The conference center is just across the street and there is a tunnel under the highway so you can walk. We always enjoy sitting on the balcony over looking the lake in the evenings. Conference access aside it is still a great location for anything in Keystone and an all around great place to stay!

Winter Wonderland

Spent Thanksgiving here & the kitchen was superb. Had all of the pots, pans & appliances needed for a Thanksgiving dinner. The open lay out was perfect for watching football while stuffing our faces. No better location than right on Keystone Lake. We were on the mountain in under 10 mins from getting picked up on the shuttle. Playing hockey / ice skating on Keystone Lake to cap off the trip pushed this vacation over the top. Would absolutely recommend staying here again and will be back again next year.

Perfect!

My friend and I came in for a conference and this was the perfect place to land. It was walkable to the conference center, had access to many activities and a very comfortable spot to land every night! The host was more than responsive to all my questions prior to checking in which is always reassuring. The condo was well situated and we had everything we needed. I know nothing is perfect so If I had any negatives it would be the pillows were not comfortable and the lighting was really dim- so difficult to get ready in the morning. But such minor issues that don’t distract from the stay!!! Thanks for a great long stay!

Amazing Family Memories!

My family and I spent a long weekend in Sandra's condo and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The communication and responsiveness from Sandra prior to and during our stay was impressive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Our weekend included both ski and hockey (on the lake). It was really easy to walk to the ski shuttle from the condo and the easy access to the lake was priceless. The views from the condo are absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, watching all of the skaters on the ice. The condo was clean and quite large with more than enough room for our family of four. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our children loved the dartboard and games in the family room. The condo is also walking distance to cafes and restaurants, we never had to get in our car the entire weekend! Hot tub on the property is a huge plus after all of the skiing and skating we did. Overall an amazing experience!

Wonderful getaway spot!

Everything was exactly as described or better! We loved the location, which felt private even during a busy tourist weekend. Having coffee while watching the geese on the pond was a great way to start the day. Everything was communicated perfectly so that we had a smooth, easy trip. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Trip of a lifetime!

Thanks to Sandy and her husband’s ease of communication, helpfulness and fabulous suggestions and warmth of hospitality in addition to a prime location and cozy condo right on the lake looking up at the snowy mountains we were able to have a trip we won’t soon forget! If I could give our stay 6 stars I would! A must stay gem tucked in the beautiful mountains! We had our 2 yr old and 3 month old and their set up with books, toys, baby gates etc made the stay all the easier for us! Their kitchen was also well stocked with all the tools you need! Easy seemless perfect stay!

Lovely condo with all the amenities listed. Location is quiet with a beautiful view out the living room windows. Bus system pick up for skiing was easy to use and convenient. The owners have great communication and readily available if needed. A wonderful week away at a great place.

You have the shuttle literally 4 or 5 doors over and Pizza place two buildings over (very short walking distance) . Really convenient and easy (10 mins shuttle ride) to get to the Keystone resort.

Great 2BR condo in pretty Keystone; tremendous host!!

My family of 4 fortunately were able to book for last minute vacay which was convenient since Keystone close to so many towns. What we loved most was the host Sandra - amazing responsiveness/great instructions. Condo incredibly clean and in cute area by ice skating, village. Also condo quiet which was important to us. Great view and close to everything

The two-story condo has a beautiful view and is close to everything! We loved that the condo had sleds available (so much fun with the kids). We loved access to the pool, too! We swam first thing in the morning and typically were the only ones there! If you plan to do the sleigh ride, the activity center is literally just a short walk around the pond :-)

Steven decided to buy his family the Keystone Lakeside condo. When Steven and Sandra met; Steven had never ski-d. He learned that first ski season and now skis circles around Sandra. Our boys (Alex and Nick) both started skiing at the age of 3 in ski school. By the time they were 10 or 11 they had "graduated" out of ski school per their instructor. Therefore all of the men in Sandra's life ski circles around her. Their ice skating techniques were pretty close as well.
Steven and Sandra met at Kansas State University. Steven's employer took the family to Wilmington, DE where we really have raised our family. Our boys played peewee sports: football, wrestled, baseball. Steven coached all till Junior High. Sandra was a team mom where needed. We loved watching our boys play sports but are just as proud of them. Alex has graduated from KSU in Mech Eng., married his high school sweetheart Casey and they have 3 adorable children; they live in Wilmington DE. Our DIL: Casey graduated from LaSalle Univ for her undergrad and her Masters from Kansas State University in Chemistry. Nick is our youngest; he also graduated from KSU but in Chem Eng. & now lives in Broken Arrow, OK.

We are all very active in our little worlds but when the Mountain calls - we like to answer!

Why they chose this property

One of the first condo's we ever rented was at Keystone's Lakeside Village - our oldest was less than 2 years old. We would sit and watch the snow fall from our bed, or watch the ice skaters circling around the biggest Christmas tree we'd ever seen from the deck. So when our realtors said this one was available literally nothing compared. It is an Open floor plan. We were fortunate enough to be able to get this one. This condo has two bedrooms - King Size bed in master and the other bedroom has a Queen Size bunk bed. The living room has a pull out full size sofa, and pull out twin bed so literally 9 people can sleep in beds. So whether your family wants to ski or enjoy the summer sun - our condo it a perfect home base camp.

What makes this property unique

What is our Unique Benefit? Literally we are on the KEYSTONE LAKE. The lake adds to the view - paddle boarders in the summer and ice skaters in the winter. We do have some old ice skates that we let our renters use And two scooters for our summer renters to borrow.
The Keystone Lodge & Spa is a short walk away. The Keystone Convention Center is just across the street. The shuttle runs straight up to the Mountain house and the River Run area.
