****IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES****
***The person responsible for the reservation must be at least 24 YO**

1. Hollywood has cracked down on noise complaints, let's be reasonable and respectful of others. At our discretion upon occasion we may collect a Damage/Noise Deposit.

2.-****NO PARTIES ALLOWED, laud music or laud noises are not allowed.****
If you’re looking for a place to party this is not the right place for you and your guests. Any violation of the house rules will result on eviction. (We have noise detectors).. If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $1500 fee And you agree to pay the fee.

[At any given time, a maximum of 8 people are allowed in the house. If they are from the same family, then the max allowed is 10.]

3. Smoking is allowed outside by the patio, please use the nearby trash cans- thanks.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $500 fee And you agree to pay the fee.

4. Self check-in with Key-less Entry.

5. No littering, no cigarette buts on the property.

6. No more than 12 people at any time

7. No parking on the grass at any time. (4 CARS MAX, DRIVEWAY).

8. Take out to the Alley only the trash bags that fit inside the garbage bin. Any extra trash that does not fit in it leave in the backyard close to the gate, but do not place it in the alley.

9. When you go out to the front of the house please use proper clothing: no swimsuits, bath robe, etc.

10. Do not use iron on the bed or blanket.

11. Doors and windows must be closed in order for air conditioner to work.

12. Please use make up remover NOT THE TOWELS.

13. Please, if you use the air mattress make sure to put it back in the bag.

14. Please supervise children at all times on the property. Any foreign objects such as mulch, shells, toys or food, found in the pool, will incur an additional cleaning fee.

15. Please enjoy your stay but remember that it is a strict CHECK IN AT 3:00 PM AND CHECKOUT AT 10:00 AM unless we have availability.

16. If you leave balloon pieces or confetti in the backyard or inside the house you will be charged from $100 to $150 for extra cleanup, depending on the amount you leave behind.

17. - The pool equipment area is off limits. Do not touch anything found in the pool equipment area, including wires, buttons, handles, etc. Also, do not add any chemical to the Pool or Hot Tub. Always contact the host if you have any question or request. Before you leave make sure you remove anything that fell in the pool during your stay that is not from the trees surrounding the pool, like any food, confetti, etc. The cleaning fee you paid does not cover removing foreign objects from the pool or reprogramming pool equipment due to adjustments made by you. A fine will be deducted from your security deposit if you fail to follow this rule.

18.- *DISCLAIMER* --> We provide a pool heater that heats the pool From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on a daily basis free of charge. On extreme cold days (which in Florida happens rarely), when temperature may go down to less than 60 Fahrenheit , we can not guarantee that the pool heater will be able to reach a temperature above 80 Fahrenheit.
Please remember that the max temp for the pool heater is set to 88 Fahrenheit.
