About the host
Hosted by Phyllis Gale
Steve & I moved to Kingman in 2013 because we loved the small town feel. The pace was slower than California, which is where we had come from. We enjoy meeting new people and hearing where they are from and what brought them to Kingman.
Why they chose this property
Being “in the country” is definitely important to us. We have many wild animals in our surrounding area. Deer, coyotes, rabbits, an occasion fox, lots of lizards and less snakes, many varieties of birds, wild horses and a neighboring ranchers free range cattle.
What makes this property unique
Steve has a sawmill here on the property that he enjoys sawing trees into lumber with. He also provides customs cuts of wood for customers and their projects and needs. The ranch has a small park with a big swing and a seasonal fire pit and pavilion for gatherings. We use this area for holiday events. Be sure and try out the swing.
