About this property

Huge Seaview Villa within a 5-Star branded Resort on Samui

We let our private Ko Samui seaview Villa embedded within the premise of a 5-star branded Resort Baan Taling Ngam on Koh Samui.

So you will have all amenities of the 5 Star Hotel but only a fraction of the costs. (5 Pools, private Beach with Sports Equipment, Tennis Court, Wellness Spa, Fitness Center, Office etc)

Its located in Baan Taling Ngam - the Sunset and quiet part of the Island where only the luxury Resorts are. Its located on a hill with perfect sea view from all rooms. 3min walk to the beach - or free transport up and down the hill via Buggy if you don't like to walk.

On the 1st Floor the House has has a huge Living room and a huge Terrace with a stunning sea view. Furthermore a kitchen and an extra bathroom and toilet.

In 2nd Floor are 4 Bedrooms, 2 of them with an ensuite bathroom - a 3rd bathroom is upstairs. 2 Bedrooms have a Balcony with seaview also.

The extra Apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms and a small extra kitchen is in the 3rd floor and can be booked alone or together with the rest of the Villa. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 4 Persons or a Family with kids There is 1 master bedroom and a Living room with two unfoldable single beds with real mattress. In general the Apartment is NOT included (Villa and Apartment are completely separated with two different entrances and not connected within the Villa - so no disturbance of privacy)

We have a Maid who comes daily for a short Cleanup. She also can make Breakfast for you with the things you bought yourself.

Best Place In Koh Samui

Christians place is the ideal villa for a trip to Thailand. Luxurious, spacious, on the best beach, and within the intercontinental Hotel Grounds. The pools are mind-blowing, there is the coolest walk to the beach crossing a suspended bridge, and the restaurants are incredible. If I could live there I would! The service is 5* There is nothing to change, just arrive and enjoy paradise!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans la villa de Christian. Le logement est très bien et les installations de l’hôtel, ainsi que les services proposés, sont vraiment excellents. Mais surtout quelle vue, quelle sensation de calme! Un peu éloigné des réjouissances de Koh Samui par contre ( à 45 minutes de Fisherman’s)

Very nice place to stay. Staff of the hotel accomodates you even though the villa is not part of the hotel. Villa needs a bit of TLC here and there, but it's really nice. No complaints really. The housekeeper Nen is great too..very friendly and always smiling. Will definately stay there again when in Samui..

Great Villa in a beautiful location

We stayed there last October and had a really great Holiday. The Villa is located on a cliff Hill within the InterContinental Resort and has a great view to the sea and the 5 Islands. Its also great to have all the Services of the Hotel on the Beach and on all pools. The House is huge - with a huge terrace, everything was clean and the Maid was great. Its really a Paradise!
