1 Bedroom Poolside Apt with POWER GENERATOR at La Casita Verde

La Casita Verde is located in the mists of Cupey, our private one-bedroom home has all you will ever need and more. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The property is fully equipped with state of the art interiors, amenities, including free parking, fresh water pool and hot tub, a stone grill for those who like to grill. There are several nearby restaurants along with shopping centers and it is also only 15-20 minutes away from Old San Juan, Isla Verde and the SJU airport.

Due to privacy for your party the pool/Hot Tub has a reservation schedule for those who would like to use it. there is a limit of 4 people or a group. (This villa does not have exclusive use of the swimming pool and hot tub). The neighborhood is perfect for bike rides and afternoon walks. Our home is perfect for those looking for a quality stay in a serene location.

The house is a four apartment property. Guests are welcomed to enjoy all shared areas and are expected to reserve their time at the pool. We have placed a chart near the pool entrance where you’ll be able to easily reserve.

Example: (A3) Sunday 2-5pm

Pool hours start at 9am with a maximum of 4hrs/ group. There are no parties allowed and the pool closes at 10pm.

Enjoyable

Clean and cozy. Pool and hot just out my front door. Owner was onsite he and his family were very welcoming and polite. I highly recommend this place to get away of hustle and bustle of San Juan itself. This place is close enoughf to everything someone on vacation would like to.so but far enough away to relax.

Beautiful House

The place was perfect for me and my daughter. How to actually get into the place was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was a smooth ride. Also, it was dark when we got there. The area was very quiet. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

PROS Short 15min drive to Old San Juan. Beautiful home the pool and the jacuzzi are amazing great for pictures and very refreshing. Felt very safe while on the property metal gates and cameras outside and in pool area. The owners are very friendly answered all my questions right away great communication. New appliances in kitchen and cold AC. CONS Told me the pool was only open till 10pm but every night we where there were different guests in the pool at all hours of the night. Found pieces of a disposable razor in shower probably wasn’t cleaned. But it was worth it.

Nice residential stay

Jason was so kind to let me check in early and check out late. The area was off the main road in a residential dead end. I like the privacy and the neighbors are friendly. The pigs were fun to watch. It was quieter than I expected. The pool was a nice touch. Even though there was a schedule it worked well. The only downside was that the bed was sinking in the middle a little the foundation underneath had to be adjusted but there was a futon available as well so it was no big deal to us. The pillows were not comfy so maybe upgrade those and the stay was worth the price. I really liked the bathroom shower maybe need a shelf on the wall to store things easy. I rented a car but Uber was available too. Nice and clean and cameras for safety

It was the perfect set up for my husband and I. Great location to drive or Uber from with ease. Loved all the frogs hanging out with us at night by the pool! If we come back to PR we would consider staying at this location again.
