The view from this condo is outstanding! The location is perfect: close to the best beaches on the island and to the town. Having a pool (very well maintained) and a reserved parking spot was a bonus. We will be back!

We were traveling with a 10 month baby and we had a great stay in this appartment. It was clean, well equiped and at quiet location. Because it's on 3rd floor the morning view is probably one of the best in Martinique. We would recommend this appartment to anyone traveling to Martinique, especially families with a baby. And the best of all - there were no mosquitos at all! Highly recommended!!!

Logement simple mais ne manquant de rien.Il offre un très bon rapport qualité- prix. Les points les plus forts sont la vue sur la baie de Ste-Anne avec les couchers de soleil, des lieux très bien aérés avec l'aide des ventilateurs et la facilité de communication avec le propriétaire qui se montre présent tout en long de la réservation. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la thermopompe Les plages de Ste-Anne sont nombreuses et à proximité. L'utilisation d'une automobile est nécessaire. Le logement est situé en hauteur. Un bon marcheur peut se rendre à la plage du bourg a pied. Il y a une belle piscine mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Peu de protection contre le soleil. Le stationnement protégé est facile d'accès.Un petit bémol pour les essentiels de la vie quotidienne - papier hygiénique, savon à vaisselle ... un peu juste. Un petit irritant à l'arrivée. Le planteur, par contre, fut bien apprécié.Appartement qui a très bien répondu à nos attentes et que nous n'hésiterions pas à réserver à nouveau.

Appartement parfait, bien situé avec une vue à couper le souffle et joliment décoré. Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours à l’appartement. Cela fut parfait : le logement est propre, très bien équipé, et la vue de la terrasse/cuisine est incroyable ! Très bel appartement , grande terrasse face à la mer, grand salon, bien entretenu et bien équipé, plage de l’anse Caritan accessible à pieds,.La magnifique plage des Salines se trouve à 5kms. Pour le village de St Anne environ 400m, ça grimpe au retour mais tout à fait faisable. Le ménage peut-être fait par la personne qui vous reçoit environ 50€

We had a great stay here. The view was even more amazing than the photos. We had a small hiccup when we arrived (the property manager wasn’t there to meet us), but thankfully we got that cleared up quickly thanks to the detailed info provided in advance by the property owners. The condo is well-equipped and had everything needed to self-cater. One negative is the internet, which was very spotty. We made do since it was vacation, but something to keep in mind if you need reliable internet for work. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Que dire…..déjà cette vue magnifique, un enchantement chaque matin à l’ouverture des volets. L’appartement est très bien, confortable, fonctionnel, conforme à la description. La piscine de la résidence est appréciable également au retour d’une journée d’excursion. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très sympa et pleins de bons conseils. Sainte Anne est à 2mn en voiture avec son petit marché, ses commerces et ses restaurants. Les plages sont toutes superbes. Nous avions pris nos habitudes à l’Anse Caritan. Eau turquoise, pente douce, parfait. Petit coup de cœur également pour Mme Victorin qui nous a accueilli sur place et qui nous avez préparé un petit colis couleur local pour le retour. Bref, un séjour de rêve, le retour en Métropole fut dur. Nous gardons votre adresse si jamais nous revenons un jour en Martinique. Amicalement.
