Located in Sainte-Maxime, 300 meters from its most beautiful beach, La Nartelle, and 10 minutes by car from the city center and the Port; in a closed and secure residence, this charming apartment perfect for 2 4 people, has just been renovated.
It has a south-west facing balcony, with barbecue area equipped with a "plancha" grill, a living room equipped with air conditioning, a smart TV, a small connected speaker, and free Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen area is equipped with a 2-stove induction hob, a microwave/grill oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a senseo and a nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, electric towel dryer, a hair dryer... The toilets with washbasin are separated.
All equipment is new and of quality!
You will have access to two parking areas inside the residence, therefore secure. Linen and sheets, are available on request.
The apartment is available for 7 day stays minimum, from Saturday to Saturday and for a maximum of 3 consecutive weeks. The apartment is non-smoking.
