The Master bedroom is situated on the front side of the villa. A great room offering a wonderful intimate ambience and privacy for a couple! Its large sliding doors lead to a private terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea and Orient Bay beyond. This beautiful room is located left of the living room when you enter the house. It has also a safe, a large closet, and comes with a private en-suite full bathroom with double sinks, a bath tub/shower combination and a hairdryer.

Base Rates are per week in €uros and are based on 2 persons per bedroom or a total of 6 people. PRICE: 2 or 4 people 2500 euros per week or 358 euros per night + 4% local tax
it is also possible to rent the villa for 4 people ( 2 bedrooms ) + 1 studio for 2 people the studio is next to the villa completely independent with its separate entrance with its kitchen and its terrace not overlooked also
PRICE: for the villa 4 people ( 2 bedrooms ) + the one studio 2 people = 6 people> 3000 euros per week 429 euros per night 4% local tax
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance is due on arrival day at hand-over of keys.
