Real great

Nice and cozy place with a personal touch. There was more space than we expected, and there was room enough for four adults. All amenities are needed in a great kitchen. Not close to the ski lift, but the bus stop is just outside the door, and the ride is 4-5 minutes. Bus runs every 10–15 minutes. Walk to village centre is about 10 min. Would definitely rent this again if we return to Bad Hofgastein.

Sehr schöne helle Wohnung

Sehr schöne, praktische Wohnung. Lediglich sind nur die Schlafsofas zu hart und unbequem. Der Rest perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut platziert, fusslaufig zur Gondelbahn (ohne Equipment - aber ab der Gondel sind viele Ski Depots vorhanden - kostenpflichtig), Restaurants und Supermarkt.

Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung

Dieser Aufenhalt hat nun im zweiten Anlauf geklappt (2022 mussten wir pandemiebedingt wieder absagen). Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war absolut zuverlässig, freundlich und der Aufenthalt vor Ort hat unsere Erwartungen dann noch getoppt. Die Lage ist perfekt, bei extremen Minusgraden ist die Tiefgarage am Morgen ein Segen. Loipen, Bergbahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Und vor allen Dingen die Wohnung hatte für uns eine ganz besonders angenehme Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde (traf unseren Geschmack eben sehr). Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, alles da. Für uns ein rundum gelungener Wohlfühlaufenthalt. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Schickes kleine Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Bad Hofgastein sehr genossen. Der Check-In funktionierte unkompliziert. Von der Wohnung ist man in 10 Minuten an die Gondel gelaufen oder konnte ansonsten auch den Skibus nehmen, der genauso lange unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem was die Küche angeht. WiFi wäre noch schön gewesen, ging aber auch gut ohne für ein paar Tage. Da wir 4 Leute waren, haben wir ebenfalls das Wohnzimmer zum Schlafen belegt, hatten aber trotzdem genügend Platz zum nett Zusammensitzen.

Sehr schönes Appartment, sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet

Wir haben in den Faschingsferien dieses Apartment als Home-Base für unser Skifahren benutzt. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und selbst mit Espressomaschine mit Mahlwerk (bekannte Schweizer Marke) ausgestattet. Für uns als Familie war dies sehr gut. Was zum Optimal noch gefehlt hat ist lediglich WLAN (aber unsere deutschen Datenraten sind dank EU auch in Austria gültig) und etwas mehr Platz in den Schränken, die zwar zahlreich vorhanden sind aber zumeist durch private Gegenstände schon voll. Aber wie gesagt, dies ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau, wie man so schön sagt. Wir konnten uns damit gut arrangieren.

Gemütliches Apartment zentral gelegen

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. In den Betten kann man sehr gut schlafen. Mir hat die Küche sehr gefallen, da wirklich alles drin ist, was das Herz begehrt und vor allem auch in ausreichender Anzahl. In der Tiefgarage steht das Auto immer aufgetaut, daneben ist direkt der Skikeller und mit dem Aufzug bringt man schnell sein Gepäck nach oben, müde Skifahrerbeine finden das Abends auch sehr angenehm. Den Skibus mit der Haltestelle direkt vorm Haus haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Und die Supermärkte zum einkaufen sind auch ganz nah. Kontakt zur Wohnungsbetreuung war prima. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. :)

schicke Wohnung in guter Lage direkt vom Eigentüme

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet sowie sauber und gepflegt. Die Angaben im Inserat waren korrekt. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird. Man hat gespürt, dass die Eigentümer wohl auch regelmäßig hier Ferien verbringen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war zwar etwas unbequemer wie ein richtiges Bett, aber für die Woche voll in Ordnung. Der Vermieter wurde vor Ort von einer Hausverwaltung vertreten. Die Absprachen mit dem Eigentümer und der Hausverwaltung klappten alle unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre schön gewesen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Skibus hält vor der Tür und bis ins Zentrum waren es nur wenige Gehminuten. Angenehm fanden wir die Tiefgarage. Für die Größe des Hauses haben wir wenige Leute getroffen. Insgesamt war es auf den Fluren ruhig.

Silvester in Bad Hofgastein

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort hat problemlos geklappt. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Gemütliches Wohnen zwischen Designstücken

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im sauberen und sehr gepflegten Appartment sehr genossen! Insbesondere waren wir von der Rundumbetreuung sowohl vor der Anreise, als auch während des Aufenthaltes sehr angetan. Wir hoffen, dass auch andere Mieter dieses Schmuckstück kennenlernen werden und es auch entsprechend behandeln!
