This 3BR , 2BA Mid- century pool home is your away from home beach-side getaway. Just a two minute drive to the beach , this home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Indian Harbour Beach offers a retreat away from the more tourist-heavy areas, while still only a short driving distance from all that brings travelers to the Space Coast. Newly renovated with comfortable furnishings , fully appointed kitchen and bar workspace for your vacation or business trip.
Special rates for stays in excess of 60 days, inquire if interested.
RESPONSE TIME: We respond to all questions about the home or area usually within an hour between the hours of 7am -10pm Eastern time. While you are a guest emergency calls are immediately answered.

The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well as were the bathrooms. We were unable to use the pool but enjoyed the bikes and foosball table. Great location!

Such a great place!

Great communication, easy check in, everything right on time. Place was super clean, well maintained and everything on the description was accurate. Neighborhood was very nice, safe, walked around a lot and for us, quite close to the Oars&Paddle Park.

Enjoyable stay

The property had everything we needed and it was great to be able to swim in the pool. It is in a quiet neighborhood and located a short drive from the beach - could probably bike ride to it too.

Great location and clean home in Indian Harbour

We had a great time and the owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We are so glad we booked this home and appreciated all that was available in the kitchen especially because it was Thanksgiving and we were able to cook our family meals there easily. The house was clean and I'm sure during the summer the pool is a great place to hang out. Thank you.

In town for long weekend for a family event. House was perfect for us. Well appointed, clean, great instructions, easy access and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and wish we could have stayed longer. Would stay again and would recommend to others.
