Spectacular oceanfront w/pool - “Bella Mare”

Spectacular oceanfront condo with breathtaking views. Private beach access. Watch the sunrise from your balcony or living room. Enjoy a private beach with private walkways. If you get too hot take a stroll to the wonderfully maintained private community pool. Laundry facility is available on site. Located in the heart of Surf City. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops and more all within 1 mile. The new Surf City Bridge and Surf City Pier also within 1 mile.

We have a dining table that seats 6 and 4 stools at the kitchen counter.
1 towel per guest will be left out. If you would like extras please ask prior to your check in. There are sheets and a blanket in the storage section of the couch.
There is a laundry facility that is accessible for residents and guests only. There is a key card in the binder that will give you access. The laundry is operated using an app that you can download. You can purchase individual detergent or you can bring your own.
Please do not hang towels or bathing suits from the balcony. It is not permitted by the HOA. There are hooks on the deck that you can hang personal items.
There is a parking pass in the binder. This MUST be left in your car and visible at all times. Please do not forget to put them back in the binder before you leave. If you forget to return them you will be charged 25.00.

The entire condo is yours.
Other things to note
There is a$175.00 cleaning fee. This includes linens.
You must be 25 years old to book.
If you smoke in the unit there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee taken from your security deposit.

We’ve been coming to Topsail Island for over 30 years, and this is one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. The location is amazing, the price fit our budget, and there’s not enough words to describe the view on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this little condo. It was so well done. It’s tiny, but has plenty of room and was so comfortable. The view is perfection - and the ease of going to the beach was wonderful. I highly recommend this location for vacation!

The view of the beach and ocean could not have been more beautiful. It was stunning. We could have stayed on the balcony all week and would have beer satisfied. We watched dolphins play as they swam past in the evening from the balcony. The condo was immaculate and tastefully decorated.

The location, ocean view and balcony were spectacular. The unit is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for your good communications and uncomplicated use of passwords and codes.MicheleThere are a few essential repairs that need attention to make your place much more comfortable.1) A fuse blew in the kitchen x3 when trying to have breakfast. It blew the fuse when the toaster and microwave happened to be used at the same time, even when we tried plugging in to separate kitchen outlets.2) The shelf in the medicine cabinet in the hallway bathroom kept falling down, in spite of our efforts to repair it.3) The screen in the sliding balcony door is torn along the frame, inviting in bugs on lovely cooler days.
